Technician came at the beginning of the given time range, did a thorough check of our door mechanism and replaced parts that had broken and that had contributed to the damage of our garage door mechanism. The technician was speedy and courteous.

I was very pleased with how the service call was handled from beginning to end. When I had a problem with making an appointment to have a garage door tune-up later in the month, the person went ahead and fit me in that week. Derrick showed up a little late that day (some jobs took longer than expected) but the company had called me twice earlier to warn that he was delayed and Derrick himself apologized for being late. Then he got right to work and did a tune-up plus ... after consulting with me ... replaced the "rollers" on the garage door. The door now opens really smoothly and quietly.

Derrick was very pleasant, but unfortunately my opener went crazy right after he left. Kept opening and closing on its own.

Thank you for your comments regarding Derrick. He is an outstanding technician. I spoke with him about this matter. He informed me that you had ordered your own circuit board and could not get the remotes programmed. He programmed the remotes as instructed. Derrick is going to order the proper circuit board and install it. There is a possibility that the board you installed was not done correctly. Please return and review us again once this is corrected.

I contacted Pecision late in the morning and Derrick came to the house by 3 PM. Within 30 minutes the broken spring was replaced. Customer Service is top notch starting with initial phone contact through completion of work.
