The springs on my garage door broke and I looked in my file to see who I always use and called them back. There's a reason I don't look to call anyone else. From the person who answered the phone to the technician (Rick) that came out THAT SAME MORNING I was dealing with the most efficient and helpful professionals. They have some great systems that they use which provides amazing customer service. Before my tech arrived I was sent an email which allowed me to look at his bio and read his customer reviews. That was pretty cool. Rick was great too... very experienced and very easy to work with. Whoever is running this company and investing in their systems and people is doing a wonderful job. Thanks!

Excellent work by your installer Anthony with the large 18 foot door. The entire door, tracks and all, had to be replaced due to a boat being backed into it. The work was done very well including the trimout where the house frame was not left as plumb as it could be by the original builder of the house. The new door works very smooth.

Called Thursday, they offered a Friday appointment that I could not take, so we chose Saturday between 8-12. Technician, Rick Gueory, called in advance around 9:30 and arrived in 15 minutes. Two springs with cables replaced and some adjustments to our second door were made. All wrapped up in 45 minutes with both doors working perfectly. Price was fine and I recommend Precision fully. Thank you Precision and Rick!

Our garage door spring broke. I called precision and they set up an appt. for the next day. The tech was on time, fixed the garage door easily and was here less than an hour. He was very personable and knowledgeable. I believe the price they charged was fair and it comes with a one year warranty. A very good experience

Prompt service, arrived in company truck, technician was polite. He was able to reset the travel limits of my door and helped with reprogamming keypad. The only reason I didn't give five stars was when I made the appointment I asked about coupons or discounts and was told there was only one for Military members. In fact there was a coupon on the website I could have used.

Thank you Precision Door Service. Your scheduler made a special effort to accommodate me on a cold Saturday afternoon to fix my non-working door. Mike arrived within two hours of the call and immediately pinpointed the problem - a loose wire caused by a broken gear box. He replaced the gear box, fixed the wire, lubricated the chain and the side tracks and the door is working like new. I am so pleased with your service and your willingness to come out so quickly. And your price was very reasonable as far as I am concerned. Thanks to your scheduler for making room for me and to Mike who was so efficient!
