Thank you Precision Door Service. Your scheduler made a special effort to accommodate me on a cold Saturday afternoon to fix my non-working door. Mike arrived within two hours of the call and immediately pinpointed the problem - a loose wire caused by a broken gear box. He replaced the gear box, fixed the wire, lubricated the chain and the side tracks and the door is working like new. I am so pleased with your service and your willingness to come out so quickly. And your price was very reasonable as far as I am concerned. Thanks to your scheduler for making room for me and to Mike who was so efficient! I totally recommend your company and will also write you up on Angie's list.

Nice guy came out first thing in AM as promised. Took one look at the spring and told me I needed to call OverHead Door. Overhead was curious what was special about springs. Took pictures. They're coming first thing tomorrow. They were puzzled why these guys couldn't do it. I do appreciate the honesty of not getting into a job you're not confident you can do.

Door broke Saturday and found "Precision Garage Door" on Sunday. Made appointment for first thing Monday. Everything went as planned. Appointment made easy and service was fast. The price seemed high but honestly I never got quote from anywhere else so I'm assuming it would be comparable to other companies.

Mike C was the technician and he was fantastic in personality and precise in his work. Mike is obviously a man who loves his job and is very good at it. Several repair issues were present with my overhead garage door, including a broken spring. Mike had it all done and working better than ever in 30 minutes. Very impressed. Will keep Precision's phone number taped to the garage door.

The tracks on my garage door were accidentally bent on one side causing my garage door to literally roll off the tracks. (Side note.... don't try fixing an overhead door yourself.... its more complicated than you can imagine.) At 5 pm I called and was scheduled for the next morning service. Derrick and his assistant came out. Instantly, Derrick took charge. An outstanding quality! I could tell he had 12 years of experience in Overhead repair and customer service. He communicated what needed to be done and went to work. At each point of the process, he communicated what he was doing and assured me my garage was going to be back to normal. The truth is.... he put it back better than normal. He tightened a few cable wires and now the garage rolls up better than it did before. Derrick Thank you! I will recommend you to anyone who needs garage door service.

I would actually make this 4.5 stars if I could. I called, very last-minute after another garage door repair company canceled on me, late on a day when the weather was particularly brutal and still managed to get someone from Precision to come over and fix our garage that very evening. The work seems to be holding up, and the technician was very pleasant. I am subtracting 1/2 a star because he brought the ladder through our house and took a chunk out of the trim around our dining room entrance (which I now have to sand and repaint) and also because the price seemed a bit high compared to what our research had us expecting. Overall, however, we were grateful for the emergency visit, the work seems well-done, and both the receptionist answering the phones and technician doing the work were very pleasant to work with.

Excellent service. Technician was at my house on the time line provided and did the job very quickly and efficiently. An e-mail was sent to me with a picture of the technician that was coming which a good level of security. The technician was ready to repair my door with all the tools and required parts that were needed. If I have a problem with the garage door I will use Precision again.

This was a return visit for Mike C. He corrected a problem in March and once again, a different problem, got the door opener unit up and running by replacing the circuit board. This avoided the need to purchase a new unit at this time. The added plus was Precision sent him out on the same day I made the call for service. Happy ending all around. Pleased again!

Selected from Angie's List. It was late on Friday, the other garage door repair dealer was closed for the weekend. You were able to service the next day. The technician, Mike, was top-notch. Professional, polite and explained in detail the operation of my door and how to provide regular maintenance that could help avoid future problems. Interestingly enough, operationally our very noisy door suddenly became quiet after Mike worked on it.
