Derrick was friendly, timely, knowledgable and experienced. Excellent work and i selected the service package that included spring, pulley, roller replacement, installation of safety cables and a 7 year warranty on parts and service. This definitely a company I would recommend to anyone needing any type of garage door service or replacement.

I scheduled a tune-up for my garage doors. Derrick was the service person assigned to the project. He was very punctual and courteous. He called prior to the appointment time to let us know when he would arrive, and was on time. The work was completed quickly and expertly. I will definitely call Precision in the future if I need service for my doors.
