I have never been more pleased. Derrick was early and solved the problem in a few minutes. Reassembled, tested, and lubricated my system. Mentioned a couple of things I should keep an eye on and was on his way. After a week of accomplishing nothing except a visit to the emergency room, all is as it should be. Derrick was professional and courteous. I should have called Precision first!

Wow! I'm very impressed with the service. Absolutely wonderful. Scheduling was easy, I received a email reminder, the technician worked to repair the problem, and even showed up earlier than later in the time frame given. Both the company and the service technician were great. The ad said same day and you were at my house same day; which is what I wanted since I was home today. Your Tech, Barry, was awesome, introduced himself at my front door, very pleasant and got right down to work. Identified the problem with my door in 15 seconds, which I failed to do in 4 hours and fixed it 5 minutes later at a reasonable cost. I was very satisfied with the entire process! Thank you.

We were very happy with the service. Derrick is very professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and laid out the repair options and associated costs - no surprises. He even went above the call of duty adjusting my second garage door by standing on the seat of my riding mower since I hadn't cleared out that side of the garage. Doesn't get any better than that. For future repairs or an all out upgrade when the time comes we will call Precision.
