Went to open the garage door on Saturday morning and had a broken spring. Called at 8:45 and someone was at the house before noon. Rick was the technician. He showed up on time, got right to work and completed the project quickly. He was pleasant and knew what he was doing. I was very happy with the experience.

I was very impressed with the fast responce and the well knowledgeable service man named Mike. I called and within an hour I had Mike standing in my garage assessing the broken torsion springs. Within an hour they were fixed along with new rollers which has made the door less noisy when opening and closing. I wasnt expecting to pay as much as I did, but I got the 30000 cycle springs.

At 7AM, in the middle of the winter holidays, we found ourselves unable to open the garage door due to a broken spring. Three and a half hours later, Mike C, the Precision Garage Door of Baltimore technician, was leaving satisfied customers after replacing springs and rollers (20 year old door with no prior replacements), having provided advice regarding proper preventive maintenance, and giving tips on how the homeowner could improve garage door opener operation. More than just restoring capability, door operation is significantly smoother and much quieter.

Service was excellent. However, there was definitely false advertising on the part of your company. When I chatted with your rep, I was told that the parts installed had a lifetime warrantly. However, when the technician finally arrived, after waiting most of the day, he stated that the parts were only warranteed for 3 years. If I did not already wasted an entire day waiting for your tech, I would have opted for another service company. As it is, I succumbed to not wasting another day and reluctantly took your service.

Precision has been there for our garage door service each time I have had a problem. The customer service department was fast and friendly in handling my concerns. The repair tech was on time, his name was Brian. He explained the problem and stated the work needed to put my opener back into operation. Mike was great! Our garage door was hit while open causing it to come off of and bend the track. It was unstable and in danger of falling. Mike, (with my husband's help) was able to secure and fix the door!! Aside from one bent panel, the door runs better than it has in years!! We only need to replace one panel instead of the whole door. Very happy with his expertise and friendly manner. Will recommend Precision to anyone!
