This was the second time I called Precision for work on our garage door and it was excellent. We had sold our home and needed to have the automatic garage door opener repaired quickly--the technician arrived at the scheduled time, explained the options available, and got the new garage door opening system installed to my full satisfaction. I highly recommend Precision based on two excellent service calls.

We just had a new garage door opener installed by Abe. He was wonderful and very knowledgeable. This is the second or third time we used Precision and have been very pleased each time. We especially appreciated the quick response time to our service request - Abe arrived 2.5 hours after we called. Again thank you Precision and THANK YOU ABE!!!

Technician was professional, honest, and explained everything thoroughly. I greatly appreciate the candor, and not trying to make me spend more than I needed to. It was a quick fix, that will probably only last a few years, but when it comes time for replacement, I will definitely be a return customer!
