Your technician, Bobby is a very knowledgeable and thorough person. I received same day service. He arrived on site, analyzed and corrected the problem. I would definitely recommend Bobby and Precision Garage Door to family and friends.

WE had a 40 year system and bobby did a excellent job. Today there not many people you meet that you like right away. Because of Bobby we now have a new system. Thank you Bobby.

Bobby was excellent. He was kind and patient, and clearly explained to me what would work for me as well as what wouldn’t. I will recommend him with flying colors.

Bobby was the specialist who came to our house. I would give him six stars if it was possible. His recommendations and service truly went above and beyond. Our garage door system is very old and he replaced the motor and belt and serviced the entire system so it can last us a good while longer. He even left our garage in a much less messy state than it was when he arrived.

I'm very pleased with my technician, he did an excellent job of explaining all of the details that the job would consist of the estimate and time frame. I did do another estimate with another company, it was not a big difference in the estimate but I felt more comfortable with his knowledge in doing the best job in what I needed. I'm giving him a 5* for the relief of not having to call him back months before the contract ended. I'm satisfied customer and would definitely refer him to my relatives, neighbors and friends.

Paid more than I wanted but service was good and technician was readily available so took care of repairs same day as service call. Bobby (repair tech) was professional and provided multiple options with recommendations for me to choose from.

The technician was very professional. He explained everything to me so I could understand. If I had a question he did not know the answer he called the company to get answers. He showed me the damage to the garage and let me know that it needed replacement instead of repair and the reasons it could not be repaired.

Same day service was extremely important since both of our cars were stock in the garage because the door we could not open the garage doors. 5 stars. Garage door repair See Word Order # 589437. Bobby K - Vahdatshoar did an excellent effort in explaining all the parts that were needed and there specific function in opening and closing the garage door. Before he left he thanks us for our hospitality. See Work Order #589437 for the new parts purchased and the work performed. Arthur and Marta Minadeo
