We recently had an issue with our garage door (broken spring). We called Precision Door and within 24 hours a technician had arrived and repaired the door. Not only were we given 2 different updates about when to expect the technician (The opposite of Comcast...). The technician, Barry, noticed a small change that could be made to reduce the noise and ware and tear on the door and quickly made the changes. Great job!

The service tech called 15 minutes prior to arrival and was on time. The tech was professional, the Precision truck was spotless, and the problem was fixed. I would highly recommend Precision for any garage door related problems.
