Mike did good work, efficiently and pleasantly. My one concern is that the price was misrepresented by the dispatcher who scheduled the visit. I understood this to be a $49 service call. Mike told me that there was also a $70 labor charge. Dispatchers should be more straightforward about all of the costs. (If I had known that it would involve only straightening the sensors and doing routine maintenance -- oiling the chains, slightly adjusting other things -- I might have thought twice about a $135 call.)

I told him that Precision installed it, he called the office and they did not have a record of the installation. I also appreciate the email confirmation with a picture of the technician assigned to my job- felt very safe. My tech was running late and I got a call letting me know which was much appreciated and very rare. When he came, he apologized for his lateness, went right to work and 20 minutes later my door was fixed. I highly recommend this company.
