Barry and his assistant were fantastic. After calling me a half hour prior to my scheduled service appointment, the Precision team promptly arrived and got right to work. First, they assessed my needs and clearly articulated the options that were avaiable to get my garage door functioning up to par. They were able to answer all of my questions and concerns about the product options, time required for the job, and the associated costs. Both service team members quietly went to work. Once the job was completed, they double-checked the functioning of the garage door, key pads,and the remotes. They even helped my husband key code his car to acces the garage! I would definitely recommend this company based on the quality and efficiency of this team member and their pleasant work attitude. We tip our hats to Barry and Michael for a job well done!!!!! Very precious, timely mannered & fix the simple problem by explaining the reason and advise to look for the switch that was triggered off while replacing light bulb. Could have charged more by not explaining the problem. Very reasonable price, and also spent time servicing and doing preventative maintenance such as greasing all joints, wheels and tightening loose bolts n nuts. Certainly recommend and appreciate honesty.

Our extension spring sprung Friday night. Sat. morning we found Precision on Angie's list as a Grade A vendor. A call at 9:00AM was met with immediate help. By 1:00PM Derrick had replaced our springs with professional attention to detail. We were thrilled with response and service.

I purchased a coupon from Angie's List for a Garage Door Tune-Up. Once the technician arrive for my garage door tune-up, it was great. Getting him there was another issue. I spent 3 1/2 hours waiting for his arrival on a Saturday only to recieve a call that he needed to come Sunday instead. On Sunday, he promised to be there at noon, but arrived at 1:20. By the time he got there, I was quite disgusted with the whole thing, but he did a great job.

Muy husband chose the Angie's list coupon for a Garage door tune up & quiet roller installation. Barry, the technician, called us to say he would be on-time after I was informed he'd be later than scheduled, and he was as courteous as could be. He inspected the door, mechanism and parts, pointed out some parts that were wearing, and work that probably should be done, but there was no hard sell to do the work. He priced out the extra repair (that I truly believe is in our near future)and proceeded to do the work specified on the coupon. Will no doubt return to request Barry for the repair. One of my BEST experiences with an Angie's list coupon vendor EVER!

I had a garage inspection performed which I had purchased through an Angie's List big deal. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and Barry actually showed up early, after the office called to ensure that would be okay. He was very personable, performed the coupon work, then also recommended safety cables since I have small children. When my husband returned home, he went through all the information he had found during his inspection and his recommendations a second time. He also took the time to show my 3 year old daughter the rollers in his tool box which she was curious about and let her have a couple to play with. I would highly recommend this company as my experience with them was stream-lined and extremely professional.

He told us about the service he would be performing and happily answered all our questions regarding garage door maintenance. His service call was completed in about a half hour and the door operates better now than when it was new.
