I had read some good reviews from neighbors and the overall comfort when sales man came over to the Job Wesley did was outstanding. Wesley Fowler was meticulous, proffesional and showed that he really cared about the job he was doing. Kudos to him and needs ot be recognized. We love our new garage door and look forward to doing more business.

The gentleman that came out to service our garage door was amazing. He was very professional and ending up helping us with the problem very quickly and realizing it was a breaker that was flipped and didn't try to sell us on it being something else. Also, Tara, the lady I spoke with in the phone was very polite and helped get us scheduled quickly knowing we have 3 little kids at home. I would highly recommend your company!

Response time was terrific. Derrick was personable and professional at the same time. He immediately knew what was wrong and looked for the best value for us, no selling up tactics that I have seen in other garage door vendors. He was finished quickly and left everything in great shape. A fantastic experience overall. Worth a 5+ if they had that category.

Thank you for fixing my garage door opener. But the price for the part replaced was too expensive. The price for "GEAR & SPROCKET ( CHAIN )" was $250. But I can find the same thing at $19 on Amazon. I understand it is usually higher than the regular price and maybe it includes your labor charge. But that's still too much...

I am satisfied with the services provided by this company. They're not "Cheap Charlie" but charge reasonable, living-wage fees. The technicians explain their work and it's good, IMHO.

Both the Estimator as well as the Service Technician were on time, courteous and knowledgeable about the product line as well as solutions to our garage door problem. Their knowledge let us make a decision and get the job done without while rescuing my car that was stuck in the garage. The individuals that schedule the appointments for us were accommodating and flexible so that also helped with our work schedule.

Every time I have used this company, I have always been extremely pleased with the employees. From the office to the installers, everyone is so professional and efficient. They explain everything in detail and their prices are very competitive, but their service puts them over the top, in my opinion.

Have used Precision a couple times. Both were very pleasant experiences. I feel they not only did the required work, they went above and beyond the minimum to enhance the final result and leave a lasting positive impression. Previously had used another company of “fast talking shills” who did a minimum repair but a major price scam. Precision was total opposite - excellent work repair experience with a special noteworthy performance by service rep Derek (spelling?).
