Barry arrived and quickly assessed the issue I had with my garage door. He explained everything clearly and was extremely knowledgeable. He performed all repairs timely and checked everything prior to him leaving the job. My garage door now operates quieter and smoothly than before. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of the Price. The cost of the work in my eyes was a bit excessive.

On a Saturday, you never know what happens...yep, the door broke and held my car hostage. Precision to the rescue. They have 24 hour service and someone actually answered the phone. They were at my home within the hour. They were professional, courteous and explained what needed to be done and the prices. They were in and out fast. I would recommend them highly.

Repeat customer. Had a good experience with a repair several years ago, so we called Precision again for a recent repair need. We were scheduled right away. Technician notified when on his way and arrived on time. He was courteous and explained everything clearly throughout the repair. He identified the problem right away and gave us a price up front. He completed the repair within the time frame and price quoted. The job was done quickly but not hastily, taking the time to make fine-tune adjustments. Would definitely recommend and will call on them again in the future if needed.

I was very happy with the online scheduling service. It was fast, courteous, and convenient! I was able to set up an appointment for the very next day, also terrific, and was provided with an estimate. Garry was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him as well. The one item that surprised me was the substantial increase in cost over the estimate. The work required less than 10 minutes, for which I was charged an additional $75 above the quoted rate. This seems quite high for a surprise additional charge. The $15 coupon on the website could not be applied, which doesn't seem quite right.

Thank you Precision Door Service. Your scheduler made a special effort to accommodate me on a cold Saturday afternoon to fix my non-working door. Mike arrived within two hours of the call and immediately pinpointed the problem - a loose wire caused by a broken gear box. He replaced the gear box, fixed the wire, lubricated the chain and the side tracks and the door is working like new. I am so pleased with your service and your willingness to come out so quickly. And your price was very reasonable as far as I am concerned. Thanks to your scheduler for making room for me and to Mike who was so efficient! I totally recommend your company and will also write you up on Angie's list.

Barry was great. Very professional and friendly. He explained everything thoroughly and was quick. He is awesome! I thought that I would be better prepared for the prices after doing a little research on the net before I called, but I was still a tad sticker shocked. Not so drastically overpriced I wouldn't use Precision again since the service was so good, but enough to taint the experience and make it a four star vs. five star for level of satisfaction. I do highly recommend Precision (esp. Barry), but just be mentally prepared that you'll be paying a bit above the "average" estimates you see in forums if you've done your research.

Spring replaced. Rick the technician give me a courtesy call to let me know that he was on his way. When he arrived Rick introduced himself, he was very polite and professional. Rick explained what needed to be replaced and quote me the cost for the replacement parts, once job was completed Rick ask me to check the garage door to see if it was functioning correctly (and it was), he also greased the rollers. Excellent Job Rick!!!!

We had a garage door opener replaced and added keypad. We would highly recommend Precision Door and especially Barry as service technician. While they may not be the cheapest company for door service, Precision Door has a Quality product and quality service. We were notified at the time of appointment who our technician would be and saw his picture. Barry let us know upfront the problems, cost and kept us informed during installation.

Door broke Saturday and found "Precision Garage Door" on Sunday. Made appointment for first thing Monday. Everything went as planned. Appointment made easy and service was fast. The price seemed high but honestly I never got quote from anywhere else so I'm assuming it would be comparable to other companies.
