Our garage door spring broke. I called precision and they set up an appt. for the next day. The tech was on time, fixed the garage door easily and was here less than an hour. He was very personable and knowledgeable. I believe the price they charged was fair and it comes with a one year warranty. A very good experience

Prompt service, arrived in company truck, technician was polite. He was able to reset the travel limits of my door and helped with reprogamming keypad. The only reason I didn't give five stars was when I made the appointment I asked about coupons or discounts and was told there was only one for Military members. In fact there was a coupon on the website I could have used.

Precision installed our doors originally. I work out of my garage for my business so immediate service was a must. We had a cable snap and a roller hinge break. I called them same day it broke and they we're able to come out and fix it! I was extremely impressed that they were able to come out same day. The tech was very polite, worked efficiently and said because they installed the doors, there was no charge for parts. I was only charged for labor. They did an amazing job! If you need any door replacement or repair, these are your go to guys, they are amazing!!!

My technician Rick clearly explained the broken spring and options for repair; don't believe the door had ever been serviced, so I elected the rebuild option and was very satisfied at how well the door sounded and performed. Rick was very professional and nice, he explained what needed to be repair and the cost before I approved the work. I was very pleased with the work and I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of because I am a senior. Rick was on time and give me a courtesy call when he was on his way.
