I had the good fortune to have Tito as the technician and his fame had preceded him. He did an excellent job. And explained everything clearly. We have ended up with a better product (though the old Liftmaster lasted 20 years ). Plus he pointed out that the prior installer did not hook up the sensors. Very please with the timeliness, pleasant relationship and very neat work. And he added the new codes to both cars and the remote key pad.

Our garage door cable snapped. Called Precision Garage Door and they had a tech at our house within 24 hours. The tech was competent, professional and was an excellent communicator. Within a few hours the door was fixed. Great customer service!

Tito Cruz represents your company in a professional and knowledgeable way. He thoroughly explained what was broken and worn on my garage doors and, with approval, went ahead and replaced both springs expertly and efficiently (my observation). Watching him work was like "poetry in motion".. you could tell he had many years of experience and had the right tools. I hope other company techs are as courteous and helpful. Booking an appointment was also efficient and courteous. Company response was 2 days out.. they appear to be in heavy demand. Response time may matter when your car is "trapped" in the garage.

Technician was terrific. Job was done well and in a timely fashion. However the payment process was unacceptable. I always like to use my USAA credit card for jobs like this. Due to an already known billing problem my card was denied. I don’t like inconveniences such as this. Especially when a reputable company such as yours should be able to resolve the matter. USAA card holders are largely represented in the Baltimore/DC metro. Many of whom are probably just as frustrated with a denied card. I hope this company fixes this irritating problem soon. So next time a better review shall be given from a person like me.

The technician Jay Customer Service was exceptional. He explained everything to me clearly so that I could understand. He explained all of my options as well as the pros and cons. Answered all of my questions and ensured me that everything would be working much better and it is. Everyone was so pleasant from my initial call to schedule my appointment. I really appreciated the call from Amy explaining that the original technician job before coming to me was taking longer than expected and they were able to r/s with another technician. This experience was a breathe of fresh air because now a days no one has great Customer Service anymore.

Precision Door has serviced my garage door in the past. The company came out on the day that I contacted them. The technician (Bobby) was superb. He explained the issues with my existing motor and indicated how he could fix the door. Quite impressive all the way around. Got an appointment with in 24 hours. Tito was a little early and have a call when he was on his way as was promised by the office staff person. He was vey knowledgeable and took ownership of my issue right away. His suggestions were logical and to my advantage. Cost was very reasonable and the job was finished within an hour or so. Highly recommend this company

The Garage Door Spring died this Morning. Called Precision, they were very helpful with sending a Tech out to my house. They arrived quickly and before the 1-5 window I was quoted!!!! Tito called me when he was on his way to my house. Tito arrived and was very knowledgeable about my issue. He explained to me what needed to be done and completed the work quickly. I feel the price was reasonable! Tito was very professional and personable. I would recommend Tito and Precision to anyone. They also have Military Discounts for Veterans. Great Experience, terrific service from the initial phone call to Tito completing the work!!!!! Thank you Tito for coming to our house on a Sunday to fix our garage door!!!!!
