Where to start, I purchased a Garage door from these guys via their sales guy Fred. That said up until he sealed the deal on a $24,000 residential garage door he was Johnny on the spot. From the moment the contract was signed it’s been a S Show. It’s been about a year since signing and here I am sitting, waiting for a call or them to show up to fix the door. It’s been a nightmare experience. I would not recommend this company. They are there up until you sign that contract. Horrible experience doesn’t even start to explain the issues we have had.

The technician (Tavon) was early and called to let me know he was on the way. Once here he did a great job of diagnosing and alleviating the problem. He also did a quick checkup of my two door 18-year old doors/systems and pointed out things that might become issues in the coming years. Overall, a great job by the company setting up the appointment and the tech who fixed my problem.

I called Sunday and you were out here Monday even before our scheduled appointment. You called when you were on your way. The technician was very courteous and polite. I was a bit disappointed that the charge was more than what was quoted to me on Sunday , it wasn’t that big of a deal.

Service was efficient and corrected all the issues leading to the service call. Bobbie did an excellent job and explained the what and the why of the repair choices. Estimate was a little higher than expected but I had never experienced the kind of breakdown that prompted my call. The office scheduler was very helpful in arranging an appointment. I have confidence in Precision and in Bobbie expertise as a repairman. Thanks for the service fixing my garage malfunction issue!
