Excellent service from Gabriel Dibble. He replaced my garage door within 3 hours. Knowledgeable and responsive to questions. He even fixed a part of garage door component attached to the wall as complimentary service. Gave it 4 stars since i had to wait 2 months for the garage door since the time service order was placed and had to call multiple times to get a status from service reps. Overall great service.

My husband loves to leave for work trips at the worst times! This time happened to be when our garage door decided it didn’t want to work. So me being home with my family vehicle stuck in the garage, I had no choice but to look around and find someone more professional than my YouTube search on how to fix a garage door. Also they get a 10/10 for me not having to call anyone, it’s all easy peasy online. SAME DAY! Our technician was Tyrone and he was awesome! Last night my garage door stopped working and I had to lower it manually. By a little after 8 AM this morning, Craig Taylor from Precision Door Services showed up to assess the door and make recommendations. It's now 12:00 noon and everything is fixed and the refurbished door is totally quiet for the first time. What a fantastic technician Craig was -- he gave me choices, installed new springs, rails, opener, belts and more and then set everything up. He showed me the new app, reset my PW and reprogrammed my car for the new door. I highly recommend Precision Door Services and Craig! My door looks and acts like it's brand new at half the cost. These guys are "for real" the best there is in this field!

Your Technician Tito came to our house. I called Precision for one repair. While here..Tito pointed out several potential and 'on the verge of failure" issues. The door is 23 yrs old with no maintenance what so ever. He had all repair and replacement parts on his work truck. Knocked the whole project out in a couple hrs. Even with my dog nose'n around. Price was reasonable for all repairs that were performed.

Technician was on time. He spent a good amount of time inspecting and explaining. My garage door would go down halfway and then raise back up. I knew it wasn't the sensor. After replacing parts he did about 25 test runs. All worked fine. As he was leaving the problem returned. Tech came back and worked on the garage door opener. Found some issues there also. Spent another hour teaking the system and all works fine now. Very friendly, very thorough. This was my 2nd time working with this company. I will do so again.

Technician showed up on time & did an efficient job of replaced two door sweeps, replaced all rollers, added a cable through the spring to meet code to prevent springs snapping loose to cause ijnjury or damage a vehicle for two doors & replaced the two doors pulleys. This review tool doesn't allow me to show the number of different parts he replaced so I picked rollers only, but as you read, you understand he did more. He was very neat about his work area and cleaned up before leaving. Highly recommend this tech and Precision Garage Door Service of Baltimore.

Five Star Rating for both Precision and Tavon, our technician. Called for garage door opener replacement at 8 and installation was complete by noon. Tavon was professional and instilled confidence from arrival through completion of install. He clearly communicated options with pros/cons, operating tutorial including app setup on the phone. I couldn’t have asked for a more trouble free transaction. Highly recommend both Precision and Tavon.

The serviceman, Ron, arrived timely and followed parking etiquette so not to inconvenience our neighbors. Ron is very knowledgeable of garage doors i.e., counterbalancing and force conversions that are needed to offset the doors weight. Plus, he is very charismatic and customer oriented.
