The Tech Derrick was outstanding!!! I continue to be a customer for 15 year because of the Tech Service. Derrick was knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful. I would give this a 5 star except for the interaction with their call service. The call person was OK....about a 4. I called and hour later as she said I would get an email or text confirmation about my appt which I did not. She indicated that they were having some issues with the new S/W Transition and reconfirmed my appt. time. I tried to call 4 hours later after I realized that the issue was the need for a back up battery and to ensure that the Tech was aware of this and came with one. Instead I got a rude computer aided message saying " we have addressed your questions about your forthcoming appt. ...Have a good day" . This is NOT in sync. With my experience with this franchise and can only hope it is another computer glitch!!! "The Tindalls": Please fix this as the message prompted to consider moving to another service. I think the Tech Service was outstanding, but the client facing front does truly matter!!

I could not be happier with the service provided by Jamal in making the repairs to my garage doors. He was knowledgeable and courteous. He did a thorough review of each door and told me what he thought was causing the one door to open spontaneously. He also pointed out that the garage openers were straining to lift the doors (I had added insulating panels) and recommended new stronger springs would reduce the strain on the motors. The new springs and adjustments he made to the systems made my garage door openers run more smoothly. Should I have another problem with my garage doors I will definitely call Precision Garage Door Service to make the repairs...and will request Jamal as the service person.

I really appreciate the well articulate and experienced responses I got from the Tito ( Technician ) who explained in details the problems associated with my garage door and repaired/ replaced those materials that were needed for the smooth operation of the garage door.It’s amazing that I could meet someone who understands my situation and solved it 100%.We were able to communicate excellently with each other which helped solved the problem easily and timely.

I had a coupon from Precision. So, I called this morning and Tavon came at around 1pm. He was very pleasant and explained everything in detail. Ended up paying more than I had expected but realize that it was fair for what needed to be replaced after 12 years. I would certainly recommend Precision. Thank you!

We made the best decision by contacting Precision. The wiring in our Garage Door was cut. I called them at around 9am and they set me up an appointment ASAP that day. Bob arrived around 11, He is very courteous and Professional. He explained a lot of things that I’m not aware of, repaired the problem and even took an extra mile by checking other problems that we might have in the future. One of the nicest and best service we had.

Our door opener is only about a month old. This morning it would not open. Tito was just here and determined that snow on our car (it had been parked at the airport) melted in the garage and froze enough to impede the door from opening. Tito lives here in Taneytown and installed the opener. He's a great guy, very personable and knowledgeable.

Just moved back into the area and my new (older) house garage door was in need. I immediately contacted Precision because I’ve depended on them for over 30 years in two previous homes. Chris was fantastic. I already had a sense of what the door needed. He thoroughly evaluated the door and motor. Set the limit switches, adjusted the springs, replaced cracked hinges and replaced the rollers installed in the dark ages. And he put on a new bottom seal. All this while it’s snowing! Every Precision tech I’ve ever had has been fantastic. Plus, the price fell in line with my expectations. Can’t recommend you enough! The tuneup is just what I needed. Thanks!
