Absolutely will recommend Precision to everyone. My tech Tito was brilliant. I called because my garage door was sounding worse and worse, though it wasn’t actually broken. I was worried the problem wouldn’t be able to be identified just by sound, but Tito knew the issues immediately. He was able to help me out professionally and quickly. My garage is now working perfectly!

My garage door spring broke and the door could not be operated. I had seen the Precision Door commercials on television so I decided to try them. Everything was as advertised. Chris Calianno came out, inspected the garage door and provided me with a few options. We decided on a course of action and then George Harrison arrived and did an amazing job getting my garage door back in working order. Chris & George were both very professional, very kind and at the same time, friendly. I felt I could trust them. I would highly recommend Precision Door to anyone who needs their services! Thank you!

We were driving by Mr. Jamal Crosby's service van and stopped to ask him about Precision's service. I explained our issue and he gave me his card and said it was something he could take care of. Mr. Crosby was courteous and insightful. We called Precision, made an appointment. Mr. Crosby went over all the issues that was wrong with our 25-year-old door and explained he could make our door like new with replacing the entire door. He didn't tell me anything I didn't already know and didn't try to sell me something I knew I didn't need. He did a fantastic job and in reasonable time.

I received same day, non-emergency service to repair a garage door that wouldn't open. The repairs were significant due to age and rust. Nicholas Broughton was the technician. He was very courteous and professional and explained all aspects of the repair and provided a clear estimate before work began. He called Trevor for assistance. I would definitely call Precision again should the need arise.

I called for service on a garage door at 5:00 last evening. They had a technician (Tyler Johnson) here at 8:15 this morning. Very nice young man and very professional. He shared with me what he thought the problem was and then he went to work on it. He identified the problem, replaced the motor, etc. and was out of here in less than 2 hours. Door runs quiet and smooth. I was very pleased with Tyler and the service.

Nick was a great installer - came on time, very professional, and did not try to oversell. The new garage door opener is quiet and works perfectly. We really appreciate that Nick set up both our cars for opening the garage door.

Nick from Arbutus was awesome! Showed up on time, very professional, explained why I needed new opener and upgraded features I would have. Install was efficient and system worked perfect. Much quieter than my 20 yr old opener. Programmed outdoor key pad and both remotes. LED light so no more climbing up ladder to replace bulbs. Could not be happier and I’m not an easily pleased customer. Nick was outstanding!!!

I’m a tough critic when it comes to home services, and I couldn’t be happier with the work Tyler did installing my new garage door opener. He upgraded me to a quiet belt-drive system with an internal camera and external keypad, took the time to thoroughly explain how everything works, and left the garage spotless — not a single stray wire or piece of packaging left behind. I’ve used a lot of Neighborly companies (Mr. Handyman of Frederick and Dryer Vent Wizard of Greater Frederick are go-to’s for me), and Precision Garage Door of Frederick is now at the top of that list. Tyler’s professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly approach made the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Frederick — ask for Tyler!

I chose Precision because I had a garage door replaced last year and was happy with the results. Recently I had a problem with the garage door closing properly. After the technician checked the door, he advised that he needed a part and would return the next day. Somehow a communication occurred and the return date didn’t get into the schedule. After my call, everything was handled very well. Thanks to the technician for everything. I would recommend Precision for any garage door repairs.

20+ year old garage broke and Precision sent Chris B. the next day. Chris was extremely helpful in determining what exactly was broken ( a few things) and what needed to be fixed now or wait till later. Since it was so old and this was a new home purchase we decided to replace almost everything besides the door itself. Chris was great at explaining the functionality of every piece we were replacing and going through all the changes after the replacement. Would definitely recommend.
