I am truly impressed with the quality of work, timeliness of the repair, and professional demeanor of Tito Cruz. I was convinced to give Precision Garage Door a call after seeing the commercials. If I had a garage door problem, this would be the company to call. Ironically, the spring broke on the garage door this past Saturday evening. I called Sunday morning and actually had a live voice who answered the call. Wow. Scheduled for 1 - 5 the same day. Tito called and was at my house mid morning. Another wow. My husband spoke with Tito. He was absolutely fantastic. Very personable and professional. Made the repairs, which looked amazing, and the door is even quieter than before. I usually don't give very many highly praised reviews but this company and Tito deserve such high praises. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who is having trouble with their garage door and need help. Thank you very much for truly impressing my husband and I on such an outstanding experience from the initial phone call in making the appointment to my garage door back up and running again. We had a 5 year old builder quality garage door / opener combination that has continued to get louder with more vibrations despite our best maintenance efforts. We called Precision to check out the problems. Tito arrived on time and immediately began troubleshooting the door. He gave us an estimate which we accepted and went right to work. Within a couple of hours he had installed new rollers, springs, and cables and a new belt driven opener. What an improvement. The only problem was a loose wire connection that Tito came back the next day to repair. We are very pleased with the timeliness and quality of the repair. PS - Make sure to ask Tito about any discounts.

I needed to have my garage door repaired as it looked to me like there was a broken cable, a roller was off track and it wouldn't close. I chose Precision because I have seen your ads. Appt. was scheduled for a "window" and my tech, Tito Cruz, called early in the window. I like that Precision sends info about the tech! Tito diagnosed what was wrong with my old door and gave me several options to choose from in order to repair it. He explained everything that should be done. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. My door works and sounds better than it has in 30 years! I am very pleased that I decided to call Precision.

Brent was wonderful and so helpful with answering my questions. I was happy to learn that he originally serviced our garage doors years ago and he recognized his own work. I just moved into the house about six weeks ago and one of my garage doors would not open. We called Brent on a Monday and he was here by Tuesday. He was able to install a new motor and assisted me with MyQ app. He upgraded my equipment so quickly and just like that my garage door was back up and running again with new state of the art equipment. Excellent work! Chris did an inspection, identified the problem and discussed short and long term solutions. He explained everything thoroughly, including bottom line costs, and was fun to talk with. He immediately scheduled Jamal to come right out to replace our garage door motor, replace rollers and pulleys and give our other garage door a tune-up. Jamal was professional, really nice and did an excellent job. At the end of the job, he walked me through what he had done, explained how to use the machinery and thoroughly went over the invoice, line by line. Would highly recommend the company and staff.

I was having a problem with my garage door lifting so I looked on the internet to see who had the best reviews. When I called the response was we will have someone out within the hour. This was not an emergency so we agreed for the next morning. Tito Cruz our technician called before he arrived letting us know who was to show up. Aug 15, 2025 On 14 Aug 2025 Precision Garage Door charged me $100 for a door inspection and recommended replacing 10 Precision Green Roller 5"($300.00) and 2 L-shaped Triple touch 13/8" CP-138 ($288.00). I paid these inflated prices and the job took about 20 minutes. After completing the service I left my home only to be called by Tyrone (technician)30 minutes later that I needed to return to my home because he forgot to adjust the railings. My total bill was $723.28, and 1 day later my garage door won't open or close due to poor craftsmanship. I called the company and they are sending someone to my house on 15 Aug 2025 to try to fix what they broke. There was no expertise, trust, or convenience as advertised. Still waiting for repairs!

I heard from friends that Precision Door Service is a good company, so I called. The 2 technicians were great. I needed a new panel chains and motor among little items. I got 2 different estimates. I was very pleased with the technicians. They were Nick and Robert. Very pleasant and answered all of my questions. I will have them do the job when I decide on the estimate.
