Mr. Taylor called ahead of time and was here promptly, with an excellent quick response. He explained every step of the process and was very clear and professional. Expectations were met and the problem was solved.

The technician who came was very rude He tried to make me pay a service call fee and then when I refused to do so, he went ahead and pasted his sticker on a spot I didn’t approve. I asked him to please move it to another spot and he responded to me by saying “ we don’t play games” and I am here wondering what he means by that when I simply asked him to place his sticker on a more preferable spot.

I was faced with a serious problem. Scheduled to go out of town and could not open my garage door, spring broke. I needed to get it repaired ASAP. Called Precision Garage Door and explained my situation. They were able to get a technician to my house within 2 hours. Jay C. came on time. He is amazing! He clearly explained what he planed to do at the beginning. He first checked remotes which turned out not to be repairable. Then he explained what could be the right solutions, giving us various options. He was really professional, and gave very clear explanations. The new opener is much quieter than the old. This seems just what we need. Jay is fantastic!

When my 18-year-old garage door wouldn't open yesterday morning I needed to get it fixed quickly, but my first 3 attempts to get same-day service didn't pan out. Luckily my internet search led me to Precision Garage Door with it's impressive website and credentials. A quick phone call got me on their schedule for that very afternoon. Technicians Chris and Camilla called me on their way to my house and arrived right on time, looking just as professional as their company vehicle, which I was happy to find was fully stocked with parts. Their inspection confirmed a broken spring and a number of tired old moving parts that had caused enough stress on the spring to lead to it's failure. Chris and Camilla were both pleasant and congenial, and made sure I understood what needed to be done. I approved their estimate and amazingly they had everything fixed and working like brand new in about 2 hours. I heartily recommend Precision Garage Door and Technicians Chris and Camilla, who collectively made my day.

Overall good experience. I called one morning just for information and by the end of the day I had my new opener installed. Checked that project off my to do list. The tech, Tito was great. He was doing lifting that really needed two people. By the time he was done and pulling out you would have never known that he was there. Left the garage straight and clean.

I wish I could give 10 stars. Tayvon was the most respectful person I’ve met in a very long time. He explained & looked over my entire garage doors. He wasn’t pushy on making me get the service but told me what I needed. What I liked was you had a choice of the best, better or good. When I’m ready to get my garage upgraded, Tayvon is who I’m going to request.

I chose Precision Garage Door due to their 5 STAR review on the internet. It also was a plus that they work over the weekends at no additional charge!! One of my springs broke on Friday and both were replaced on Sunday. Jay was a very knowledgeable technician and showed me other items on the door that also needed replaced,, like the lift cables as the ends were frayed. Don't need the door falling on my head. Jay was quick, very maticulous and explained everything to me,, He was amazing!!!

I had the good fortune to have Tito as the technician and his fame had preceded him. He did an excellent job. And explained everything clearly. We have ended up with a better product (though the old Liftmaster lasted 20 years ). Plus he pointed out that the prior installer did not hook up the sensors. Very please with the timeliness, pleasant relationship and very neat work. And he added the new codes to both cars and the remote key pad.
