I have used Precision Garage Door Services for a number of years for trouble-shooting, repair, maintenance, and for the complete replacement of door, controller, and frame. I have found their technicians to be professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Today, their technician (Jamal) arrived on time and diagnosed a problem with my wall-mounted remote. I booked a Repair Appointment online on Friday afternoon for Saturday from 1-5. Our technician, Bobby, was excellent. He was running late because of an unforeseen complication at another home, but let us know an estimated time of arrival. When Bobby arrived, he was courteous, efficient and fixed our problem without any issues. Overall Great Experience.

The customer service at Precision has always been very professional, from scheduling an appointment to the Technicians that come out for service. Working full time, it is also a blessing that they will come out on a Saturday. Tyrone was actually a few minutes early for my appointment, I lucked out that I was his first appointment. He listened to my concerns, took his time in inspecting the entire door several times and gave me his honest opinion. He did not pressure me to buy any service that I did not need at this time. The work was done quickly and he went over everything that he did. He asked my a few times if I had any questions or concerns. I will highly recommend Precision to my family and friends.

Over the years we have had several issues with our garage door and opener. Precision Garage Door of Central MD has consistently come to our rescue. Last week we had a leak in the garage due to heavy storms. It shorted out our Garage door opener. Precision came out the next day and serviced our opener. Turned out it worked after drying out, but the backup battery had died.

Fast, next day service. Installation of new garage door opener was seamless. Did seem a little expensive though. $2,200 for new installation.

When I researched companies in my area Precision seemed to be at the top, with great reviews. The tech who came out to service of our doors could not have been more pleasnt, knowledge, and easy to work with. Chris first did a review of the all the components and found several that needed attention. Most of the components were 30 or years old. Chris broke down each and what needed to be replacement or repaired. So we were able to see what each work cost. While both of the openers were the same age he did recommend replacing both a one was still in decent shape. That honesty was a good sign of his and his company"s honesty.

I called around 7PM to schedule a repair to my broken double garage door. After speaking with Anthony, he was able to schedule my repair the next morning which I found to be extremely terrific. This was only the beginning of a fantastic experience with a contractor. Christopher Brown came the next day as scheduled, to fix my garage door. From the start he was professional and as we talked, he showed he was friendly, appreciative and knew his garage doors. After a thorough inspection of my broken door, he provided me with 4 estimates ranging from bare minimum to replacing all moving parts. He went over them slowly and explained each one very well. He wasn't trying to sell me any one of them which was appreciated by me. After agreeing on an option, he got right to work. He took no breaks and was constantly working. It was a big job to me but not to him. I watched some of his work and he definitely knew what he was doing. Within 2 hours he had finished. He then explained each part that he had replaced, how to perform maintenance and the 3 year warranty. After a demo of the now-working door, he explained the invoice and I happily paid it. I thanked him and he did the same after I told him how good he is at his job. I was very impressed by Chris and felt compelled to write this so he can get recognized as an excellent employee and person. He is a huge asset to your company in more ways than one. Technician Ron did an assessment of the problem, a thorough inspection of the door, hinges, rollers, cables, etc. and prepared a complete list of repairs needed and the cost estimate. Approval to go ahead was given and work proceeded. After 2+ hours the work was finished and door operation was smooth. Ron was pleasant and friendly during the job and inspection found no further work needed. A variety of parts were required and all were available on hand, rollers and many more items. I was very satisfied with the job done!
