We called to get our broken garage door spring replaced. We ended up having both springs replaced, all new rollers, and all new cables. The work under a 7 year warranty. Rick was very professional and efficient.

Rick delivered. He checked the broken cable on my garage door and explained what would need to be replaced. He also provided several options, with cost included. Once I chose my option, Rick went to work and replaced the broken parts. Rick was very polite, and he practiced great social distancing (amazing that I even have to include that), but it's important these days. My garage is back in working order - great service and I'd highly recommend.

I must say everything I read about the Technician that came out to fix and install my new Garage Door System lived up to everything that was said about him in his Bio. He was very professional, knowledgeable, honest and respectful. My Garage Door System was 25 years old outdated and in need of an upgrade. He also reminded me of my military discount that was applied to the final cost. I am very pleased with the work that was performed the product and the cost was reasonable. My service call was quickly scheduled and the technicians were prompt and courteous. My problem was quickly diagnosed and estimated. The technicians quickly fixed the problem - in about an hour - with the replacement of broken springs and cables. My door is fixed and has never worked this quietly and smoothly.

The Spring on my garage door broke causing the door off track at 5pm. I called Precision and they were willing to send someone out that night. I opted to wait till the morning and they were there on time, walked me through what was broken, fixed it, and showed me what I should be looking for moving forward. The tech, Olaniyi, was extremely polite and professional and I will definitely call Precision again if the need ever arises. Top quality company with top quality services!
