I really wasn't sure what garage door company to use and was hesitant... Don't hesitate use Precision. My expectations are high and they exceeded them from the first phone call to the amazing service tech Tito. His level of knowledge and professionalism was over the top - he exceeded my expectation. He fixed the springs, rollers, belt, cables... well everything except new door panels (it was a mess from my other garage person) Thank you Tito!

Jay was a joy to work with. He fixed the original problem very quickly. I asked him to look at another door that was operating but was loud and somewhat clunky. He recommended two options, one that would make the door relatively new again, and one that would improve it's operation. I chose # 2 due to the price of the first option, $ 1,300.00. The second option was still very expensive, but I wanted improvement and I got it. Jay did a good job and I am pleased with the result. I would recommend Precision Door for the quality of the work.

Your technician Tito Cruz was all that anyone could ask for and more. Courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I will ask for him by name if I ever need any additional service with Garage doors. I wish I had known about the AAA discount ahead of time. Found your company on Angie's list.

Great service, Technician was very courageous throughout the installation and explained all aspects of this installation . Was early on the projected arrival time. Got right to work on the installation and completed in what I considered a good time. Really nice young man, very respectful and explained everything he was doing prior to the installation. The technicians Tavon and Ron fixed the broken spring on our garage door and got the door working like new. Evidently the original springs were slightly undersized, which probably led to the break. I was able to book them right away and they had everything to fix the door on their truck. They were very knowledgeable, clear communicators, and polite. I would definitely call them again!

I was impressed by the whole process. I became aware on a Sunday that my garage door spring was broken and I couldn’t get my car out of the garage. I called Precision and was given an appointment first thing Monday morning. The technician, Tito, was pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable, informative and efficient. I have total confidence in his work.

He gave me some options for correcting the problems and never pushed spending more for a lot of the issues. He did a great job and fixing my door and making it sound normal. We used Precision about 5 years ago and were so impressed we decided to call them again. The whole experience from calling to schedule a visit to the completion of the job was a pleasure. We received an appointment the next day. The technician, Tyler, was in communication with us before he arrived. He was very personable. He did a great job in less time than he estimated. Another thing that impressed us was that the technicians from Precision are always stocked. We have dealt with many contractors and no one was able to start and complete any job the day they arrive. They always need to come back another day. Precision really cares for their customers especially with something as important as a garage door.

Promot perfessional service by all - initial service call by Chris explained what parts needed to repair my garage door and gave me an itemized estimate. Another tech ( George ) came back the same day with the parts and got my garage door back to operations in a minimal amount of time. Highly recommend Precision Garage Door!!!

I reached out to PGD after several months of odd noises coming from our garage door when opening/closing. Our tech, Jamal Crosby, was super! He was professional to a fault and was very knowledgeable, quickly identifying our issues and giving us all of our options. He even made time to greet our dog, much to our dog's delight. The repair was made in a timely fashion, and the invoice was explained in great detail. Should we have issues in the future, I will be calling Jamal right away.
