I had a failure in one of my two twenty-one year old garage door openers. Instead of repair (for which parts were not available), I decided to replace both. Although fairly expensive, they did a good job of explaining alternatives. Austin, my installer, did a very professional installation of the two Genie 2128B belt-drive openers with battery backup in approximately two hours. The only issue I had was that only one opener manual was provided and it did not have two Serial Number stickers, only one. I didn't realize that until I went to fill out the Genie online registration for warranty. So, I had to call and request the second S/N sticker information, for which I am currently waiting. Had it not been for this, I would have given a 5-Star rating.

Today we had Brent come out and service our garage door. We knew we had a broken spring, but when Brent took a look at our door, he found lots of other things wrong with it. He wrote up three estimates for the work, all based on how much money we wanted to spend to get the door functional. Once we decided, he assured us he would get to work and would be done in an hour. True to his word, one hour later he was done. He explained everything he had done to fix the garage door, and even showed me the old, worn out parts that he replaced. The garage door runs smoother and a lot quieter now that it has been fixed. This is my first experience with Precision Garage Door Service, and I have to say that I am very pleased with the company and its service. If all of their techs are as friendly, knowledgeable, and professional as Brent, I will be sure to call them the next time I need service on my other two garage doors.

No one wants a garage spring to break but that happened to us on a Friday late afternoon. I was so relieved to hear someone could come out and fix it over the weekend. I chose Precision because of their good reviews and it turned out I'd actually used their services once before in 2013. They came the same day I called and Bobby Vahdatshoar was absolutely wonderful! He was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable! He carefully explained all of my options and I was particularly impressed with the fact he advised to keep my existing door and only replace the motor and all of the tracking mechanisms. He could have easily told me I needed to replace everything. He completed the work and showed me the results and explained everything and even configured my car to be able to open the garage. I am very impressed and would definitely recommend this company and will use them again if needed.
