I was very impressed with the professional, pleasant tech Keith, who explained all options after evaluating the problem. Our system was over 20 yrs. old & needed to be replaced. He did it quickly and worked with us to program the unit. He also helped up to program our car remotes.

Among other accomplishments, he easily and quickly connected new equipment and also two new doors' motors to our remote clickers in our two cars and made the whole process as pleasant and as successful as one could ever imagine. Excellent service! Kevin was right on time, evaluated the repair and insulation of a new garage door opener. Showed me the parts and told me why he felt it was the best fix. Then he told me the cost, I agreed and Kevin went to work. After he was done, he showed me exactly what he did. Explain how to use the new garage opener, he made sure my car was connected to the opener, and cleaned up and took away all old parts. Kevin deserves a five star review, he is definitely an asset to Precision Door Services.

I heard a big BOOM late on Monday evening. I went out to try to open the garage door and it was like trying to move a wall. I called Precision and they were out the next day. Brian was here earlier than scheduled. He was great, offered some good advice on upkeep, and was out within 90 minutes. If you need it done and fast give a call.

I am very impressed with quick response from Precision. Shawn Adalung returned my call on a short notice and scheduled technician to suit my time. Derrick Evans arrived exactly on schedule, did a through analysis of our problem, and replaced the faulty sensors very quickly. He was very courteous and took his time in explaining me the work performed. I cannot praise him enough and compliment Precision for hiring such high quality technicians. Thank You Derrick Evans.

By far and away probably the most awesome service call I have ever had from any kind of service company; Ms Spann is my 96 year old God mom and in great physical and mental shape; I was there to get the garage door repaired for her; First, the called 20min before arrival; second, he there within the service window given to us; third, he was extremely knowledgeable and within a few minutes told us the 3 things wrong with the two car wide garage door, he was very clear that the door was good and did not need to be replaced; he gave us 3 prices, a price to fix 1, 2 or all three problems; the price was great to fix all 3 and it only took him about 45mins; when he was done, I was blown away by how smooth and quiet the door operated, better than when it was new; I know that there is no way that all of their techs can be this good but still, I will never, ever use another company to do anything related to a garage door.
