From the front office to the salesman to the technicians everyone was so easy to talk to. When I was given a time they were always here on time They called ahead and gave me the length of time it would take them to reach my home. They answered all questions for my husband and I. our garage door was/is quite old and the springs seem to have given out. the door got stuck when we tried to open the garage. your company was the first and only one we called, the phone call was answered by a human being who checked schedules and told us that a technician could come, between 10:30 (right when we had called) and 12:30 AM. when the tech (Keith) arrived with his assistant/trainee (Kyle) on location having called beforehand to say that he would be here with 30 minutes (and was present), both he and his assistant were able to assess the situation quickly, competently and correctly and proceeded with the work, after having given me a price quote. in less than an hour, the garage was repaired and fully operational and both worked in a focused, calm and polite manner. these days, to find such exceptional team members is rare. hold on to them, both, but especially Keith who was in the lead. they are/he is worth his weight in gold. highly recommended.

We had a broken cable on one of our garage doors, but the whole lift system was jerry-rigged and out of date. Precision responded to my request for a bid within 10 minutes, they were at my house (on Saturday of a holiday weekend) within 2 hours, and they provided a fair estimate and completed the work I requested - replacing the springs and cables on both doors, and installing new, belt-drive lifts on both doors, within a few hours. Their technicial - Keith C. - was knoweldgable, prompt and courteous. We are so happy with our new garage lift system!

Fantastic service. Fantastic installer. Fantastic result. Called late in the afternoon and had an appointment for the following morning. Rick checked in from fifteen minutes out. He assessed the problem and put together two options for the repair. He carefully explained each option, and had all the materials he needed right on the truck. The repair was quickly finished, and then Rick set up my wife's car with her on-board door opener. Before Rick left, he made sure I understood all the new features and gave me his mobile number so that I could reach him if I had any other questions or problems. The new lift unit is whisper quiet, and well worth the investment. In today's world of mediocracy-is-the-norm, Rick and Precision Garage are a most refreshing return to service above and beyond from the initial contact through the install and follow-up. I recently had a complete replacement of garage door opener, springs, and door roller wheels in May 2020. The price was higher than expected, compared to internet search of costs, but the service was excellent, with a very quick and timely response, and the work appears to be very well done. Only minor disappointment is that the garage door opener only came with one remote rather than two.
