I had the fortune to have Chris C. come to our home yesterday evening and today to fix a garage door that’s given us many issues. Chris put in extra hours AND still stuck to his quote. The service was excellent! I would have given 5 stars, but we have a two car garage, and only one remote was included with the purchase. I had to purchase the second one separately. Logically two should have been included in the price. I know from previous experience that other companies do include two.

I know nothing about garage doors, except which button to push. When nothing happens, I try to find who to call. This company indicated 24 hour/7 day a week contact availability. I called at 3:15 ish and the operator indicated that Chris would be at my house between 5:30 and 9:30 same day. Already, I'm feeling positive. Then she says, he will call if he can make it earlier, if that's ok. Again a plus. Chris called at 4:00 and said he'd be here in 30 mins and he was. He checked out the problem and explained to me in a way that even I could understand. He offered me 3 different options for repair at different price points. When I asked when the work could be done, he told me--Right now. He started the work at about 5:00 and finished at 7:00. 2 garage doors, explanations, "paperwork" all completed within 4 hours of a phone call. SUPER. Highly recommend.

Commuting with your office personnel is, to say the least, very difficult. Their lack of interest in addressing my concerns was annoying. Finally, I received some satisfaction discussing my issues and agreed to a refund, although meeker; however, after more that a week that credit has not been posted to my Visa acct.

I discovered Precision through a Google search. The service I phoned and inquired about was performed today. The technician was on time, very professional and polite. After he performed a survey of my garage door and the electronic lift mechanism, I settled on having him replace the master electronic lift master control box, the connected wall opener and the two small individual remote hand openers. The technician did an excellent job doing that contracted work in a timely manner. He started and completed the job today. And the price was affordable...!!!
