In April of 2018, I had a new garage door installed by Precision and they did a wonderful job!! Very happy!! In March of 2019 my wife backed into the door and damaged it. The tracks were not damaged but the door was done. I called Precision and they came out, gave me an estimate and a time frame and got the repair done. I would give this work 5 stars, but a week or two after the repair, I realized that the installer did not reattach my inside lock for the door. It isn't a big deal and I was able to do it myself. Just the same, it would have been nice if the job was 100% completed when the bill was paid. I would certainly recommend Precision.

This was the second time I called Precision for work on our garage door and it was excellent. We had sold our home and needed to have the automatic garage door opener repaired quickly--the technician arrived at the scheduled time, explained the options available, and got the new garage door opening system installed to my full satisfaction. The gentleman that came out to service our garage door was amazing. He was very professional and ending up helping us with the problem very quickly and realizing it was a breaker that was flipped and didn't try to sell us on it being something else. Not happy sitting home all day Monday, when told a technician would be here between 8 and 12, only to get a call at noon saying about 1 and a half hour delay. Was good with that. However, when receiving a call at 3 pm saying not going to make it, need to sit home to wait again the following day, I was not happy. Need better scheduling.

Yesterday a cable broke and less than 24 hours later Rick (an outstanding technician with perfect customer service skills) had it operational. Repairs are annoying, working with Precision is not.
