I called to get a quote for a high lift retro. Tyler came out and gave me an estimate on the spot. This was not your typical install. He knew exactly what I wanted and how to do it. Tyler was awesome. Explaining everything in detail. JR came out to do the install. Again not your typical install. He was able to do the install exactly how I envisioned it. JR did a great job removing and installing the new system. He even programmed all my remotes and came back to drop off a wall unit he did not have on the truck. JR is very knowledgable in what he does. Thanks to Tyler and JR, plus I am sure a few people behind the scenes that made it happen.

JR called well in advance of the projected arrival time to let me know that their start time had been delayed. JR and Joe did an outstanding job of the installation. At the end they removed all the debris and old materials; left the area very nice. I was glad Tavon (from the first visit) pointed out on the contract to use the newly installed rollers instead of the rollers accompanying the new door, which JR and Joe knew in advance to do. JR answered all my questions and explained about the manual door opening switch which I didn't have before. That external switch will make things much easier. Great job! Great professionals!

Tyler did very professional workmanship installing a new garage door opener, replacing worn rollers and a wireless entry keypad. He also adjusted cables that were rubbing the track, under warranty, from a previous replacement of the spring. He explained the reasoning behind all of the work very clearly.

The Tech Derrick was outstanding!!! I continue to be a customer for 15 year because of the Tech Service. Derrick was knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful. I would give this a 5 star except for the interaction with their call service. The call person was OK....about a 4. I called and hour later as she said I would get an email or text confirmation about my appt which I did not. She indicated that they were having some issues with the new S/W Transition and reconfirmed my appt. time. I tried to call 4 hours later after I realized that the issue was the need for a back up battery and to ensure that the Tech was aware of this and came with one. Instead I got a rude computer aided message saying " we have addressed your questions about your forthcoming appt. ...Have a good day" . This is NOT in sync. With my experience with this franchise and can only hope it is another computer glitch!!! "The Tindalls": Please fix this as the message prompted to consider moving to another service. I think the Tech Service was outstanding, but the client facing front does truly matter!!

I could not be happier with the service provided by Jamal in making the repairs to my garage doors. He was knowledgeable and courteous. He did a thorough review of each door and told me what he thought was causing the one door to open spontaneously. He also pointed out that the garage openers were straining to lift the doors (I had added insulating panels) and recommended new stronger springs would reduce the strain on the motors. The new springs and adjustments he made to the systems made my garage door openers run more smoothly. Should I have another problem with my garage doors I will definitely call Precision Garage Door Service to make the repairs...and will request Jamal as the service person.

I called Sunday and you were out here Monday even before our scheduled appointment. You called when you were on your way. The technician was very courteous and polite. I was a bit disappointed that the charge was more than what was quoted to me on Sunday , it wasn’t that big of a deal.
