We called your company as you had previously serviced our garage doors some years back . We got an estimate for a new garage door opener but found it much more than we wanted to spend . So we bought it ourselves and had Precision install it . Still expensive but we wanted it done right by a professional . We were very pleased with your technician Francisco who took the time to explain the new features and answered questions politely . We would recommend your company based on his service and your quick response to schedule the appointment the next day .

5+ STARS. Rick was terrific. He was on time, friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and explained everything he was doing in detail. I had problems installing my new garage door opener and Rick solved the problems immediately. He showed me how to take care of the opener and how to solve minor problems going forward. He was very thorough. If all the techs are as good as Rick, Precision has a great group of people. Great job!

I always use Precision Garage Door for service. Reliable, competent, always find the problem and fix it. I wouldn't use anyone else. Francisco was excellent. I learned some important facts about my garage door mechanism from him. That being said, I think $200 for a service call and a minor adjustment was way too much.

In April of 2018, I had a new garage door installed by Precision and they did a wonderful job!! Very happy!! In March of 2019 my wife backed into the door and damaged it. The tracks were not damaged but the door was done. I called Precision and they came out, gave me an estimate and a time frame and got the repair done. I would give this work 5 stars, but a week or two after the repair, I realized that the installer did not reattach my inside lock for the door. It isn't a big deal and I was able to do it myself. Just the same, it would have been nice if the job was 100% completed when the bill was paid. I would certainly recommend Precision.

The gentleman that came out to service our garage door was amazing. He was very professional and ending up helping us with the problem very quickly and realizing it was a breaker that was flipped and didn't try to sell us on it being something else. Not happy sitting home all day Monday, when told a technician would be here between 8 and 12, only to get a call at noon saying about 1 and a half hour delay. Was good with that. However, when receiving a call at 3 pm saying not going to make it, need to sit home to wait again the following day, I was not happy. Need better scheduling.

As usual, Precision was there when I needed them. By now vjntage garage door and Precision are old friends. Yesterday a cable broke and less than 24 hours later Rick (an outstanding technician with perfect customer service skills) had it operational. Repairs are annoying, working with Precision is not.
