Derrick just left our house and did an amazing job servicing our double garage doors!! We spent hours trying to do it on our own, it Derrick took little time in quickly identifying the issue and fixing it. He reset our passcodes on the doors, and fixed the sensors. He even went above and beyond by replacing a 5 year old latch that we didn’t even speak of and also greased the tracks. We had infinity garage door company come out a few weeks ago and they tried to scam us, so we appreciate precision garage door company for having such a great technician. Thanks!

Precision is responsive, timely, and does excellent work. A spring broke and the door was unusable. Barry was dispatched quickly. He gave me advance notice when he would arrive, quickly assessed the situation, and did a thorough job explaining what needed to be done, the options, and the cost. He got the repair done quickly, showing me what he'd done how to maintain it. He clearly understands what customer service is.

I give this company a 5 star rating! Our garage door failed on a Friday evening. We called this company on Monday morning and they had it fixed by Monday evening! We expected to have to wait a few days and were happy to have it fixed the same day we called. The repair was done by a knowledgeable and polite service provider. I highly recommend them!

One of the springs on my garage door broke at 12:;30 on a Friday afternoon. Called Precision and they were able to schedule a technician for 3 - 5 p.m. He arrived at 3, diagnosed the problem and installed new springs and rollers in 1 hour. Derrick E was extremely knowledgeable and seemed very experienced. I will definitely be calling Precision in the future for any garage door needs.
