Craig and Jamie were knowledgeable, professional, and did a great job! They called before coming and showed up exactly when they said they would. Craig had installed a new motor last September and now he and Jamie installed a new extremely quiet replacement system for the 42 year old springs……one which broke the other day. Our 35-YO garage door needed spring replacements. My husband was able to call, on Sunday (!), to arrange an appointment for Monday morning. Jay came on time, took a look at the door and made several suggestions of possible additional repairs/replacements due to the age of the door and its components. Since we've only had the springs replaced since the door was initially installed, I took Jay up on the most logical suggestion for this visit. BTW--Jay did not pressure me to make any decision or commitment. I appreciated the way he explained things to me. "If I talked to my mom, I would say..." Kudos to Jay for a job well done!

I chose Precision Garage Door because they had done work for me before. Cody, the technician who was sent was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and meticulous. His recommendations were well reasoned and articulate, he completed the required work quickly, and his attention to detail was second to none. He left a behind a cleaner garage than what he found, and a very satisfied customer. As a second time customer, I was delighted to have such excellent service again. We used Precision Garage Door Service for our initial installation 7 years ago and then again for a recent repair. The technician was courteous, professional, and on time. I called for an appointment on a Monday evening and service occurred the next day at noon. We were appreciative of this!

Not happy at all with how the service went this time. We called because our door was making a popping sound as it opened. Technician said that the cause was the spring was broken and needed to be replaced. During the process of replacing the spring, our wall was damaged. The technician just didn’t seem to take care, also dropping the door multiple times, allowing the door to slam to the floor with force. This just wasn’t necessary. The final straw was how an attempt was made to “upsell” this service visit and replace parts that were well within the service life. The warranty on the spring was also dependent on us doing additional work at additional considerable cost, which seems very disingenuous and a shady practice.

I wanted to replace my two noisy garage door openers with quieter belt-drive models. Cody came out to my house on time and explained the options. He was able to replace the two openers on the same visit. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He did an excellent job with the installation and thoroughly cleaned up when he was done and took the old parts with him. In addition, Precision offers 7-days a week emergency service.

I want to hugely THANK Precision and especially your technician Tito! My garage door was suddenly and mysteriously refusing to close. Based on a recommendation I had previously read on my community's Facebook page, I called Precision. Tito arrived the next day and very quickly diagnosed the problem. He was very professional throughout, and patiently explained why the garage door was no longer opening/closing properly and how and why what he did would immediately fix the problem. In addition, after the door was repaired and working properly again, Tito gave me a tutorial on how to properly maintain the door going forward, which I needed and am truly grateful for since this is my first garage. Not 5 stars for Tito and Precision, but 100 stars! I recommend Precision and Tito without hesitation to anyone who needs help with their garage door!

Tavon provided prompt, excellent customer service and work on our garage door after the spring broke. He walked me through his service proposal and I felt very confident with his recommendations. It was so convenient to book an online appointment before their office opened and have a technician come out within 15 minutes of the start of the appointment window. Great communication with Tavon via phone as well as automated email and text when he was within 5 minutes of our home.

Service was for a garage door repair. It wasn't an emergency but they came out the same day I called. And the technician even arrived earlier than the scheduled time. Scheduling was a breeze, and they had quick service. The technician was very polite and professional. Did quick work, and was very skilled. Tito is definitely a 5 star guy. Only reason not 5 stars is the cost was a bit high, but that's not his fault. He made sure my garage door is operating almost like new.

I was bery pleased to get an appointment so quickly and the service technician arrived promptly after a heads up call that he was on his way. Once he arrived he tried to upsell me parts that I didn't need. I told him I thought the springs might be under warranty and he said that they switched to a new system and he didn't have access to previous service history on his tablet. I told him to proceed as the work needed to be done but the warranty issue was still bothering me. I keep track of my expenses with Quicken and I was able to see that the previous service 4 1/2 years earlier was for 2 springs (plus other items) and that there was a 5 year warranty. After he completed the work I shared this additional info with him and he was now able to look up that same hsitory on his tablet. He called the office and they confirmed the work was under warranty and he removed the cost of one spring from the bill. After he left I gave this more thought and it seemed to me that since I had previously bought 2 springs, that were both under warranty, and I was encouraged to replace both springs, even though only one was broken, as he said that was standard practice and the other was likely to fail soon, that I shouldn't have to pay for either of the new springs. I called the office the next morning and the billing department agreed and I was credited for the second spring as well. So I never ended up having to pay $618 for 2 new springs, but it took persistence on my part to get both the technician and the office to take the necessary action.

Outstanding service.... Our technician, Jamal Crosby did a great job... surveyed the damaged, described what was needed... Parts were on hand, and work was completed promptly.. Can't say enough about our technician, Jamal... he was knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, called us to let us know he was en-route, and his demeanor puts the customer at ease..
