One of the springs on my garage door broke at 12:;30 on a Friday afternoon. Called Precision and they were able to schedule a technician for 3 - 5 p.m. He arrived at 3, diagnosed the problem and installed new springs and rollers in 1 hour. Derrick E was extremely knowledgeable and seemed very experienced. I will definitely be calling Precision in the future for any garage door needs.

Spring broke on large garage door opener Saturday afternoon with both cars in garage. Could not open door. Called and got an emergency fix early Sunday morning by Barry. Service was quick and door works like it is brand new, thanks to Barry.

I’m not happy at all. While the initial scheduling was perfectly fine and the confirmation provided a name and face of the repairman who would be coming, unfortunately they sent someone else who claimed to have fixed the door but did not. The garage door is still broke and now when it goes down it make a loud sound and the door shifts when trying to close. The garage door is still broken. The original repair was for the safely feature on the door. “If something is in the way the door automatically goes back up”. Even though there is nothing in the way the door would get to a certain point and go back up. The garage door opener light would flash just as it would if something where there. They replaced both springs to the tune of $722.00 and the door still doesn’t work. I called to schedule another repair and they gave me the name of who would be there and once again they changed repair and sent the same person who wasn’t able to fix it the first time.

Rick is very courteous and does not treat you as if you are stupid. Rick gave me a description of everything he was going to do and invited me to watch. Work was completed very quickly and professionally. He told me what to expect from the new spring TTF so that I could keep an eye and ear on it. I thought the spring price was high but that is what it is. I would recommend Precision Garage Door for repairs, no reservations.

I saw Precision website and called and person I talked with was very professional so I scheduled an appointment. Rick G was the serviceman I met when he arrived right on time. He looked and our problem quoted a price that I thought was reasonable and mentioned his repair comes with 5 year warranty. Rick went right to work and it was less than an hour he was on his way. I now have new cables, safety cables and springs and the door open and closes the way it did when it was new many years ago.
