Service was for a garage door repair. It wasn't an emergency but they came out the same day I called. And the technician even arrived earlier than the scheduled time. Tavon was professional, knowledgeable, personable and addressed the issue. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again for any garage door and opener needs.

Scheduling was a breeze, and they had quick service. The technician was very polite and professional. Did quick work, and was very skilled. Tito is definitely a 5 star guy. Only reason not 5 stars is the cost was a bit high, but that's not his fault. He made sure my garage door is operating almost like new.

I was bery pleased to get an appointment so quickly and the service technician arrived promptly after a heads up call that he was on his way. Once he arrived he tried to upsell me parts that I didn't need. I told him I thought the springs might be under warranty and he said that they switched to a new system and he didn't have access to previous service history on his tablet. I told him to proceed as the work needed to be done but the warranty issue was still bothering me. I keep track of my expenses with Quicken and I was able to see that the previous service 4 1/2 years earlier was for 2 springs (plus other items) and that there was a 5 year warranty. After he completed the work I shared this additional info with him and he was now able to look up that same hsitory on his tablet. He called the office and they confirmed the work was under warranty and he removed the cost of one spring from the bill. After he left I gave this more thought and it seemed to me that since I had previously bought 2 springs, that were both under warranty, and I was encouraged to replace both springs, even though only one was broken, as he said that was standard practice and the other was likely to fail soon, that I shouldn't have to pay for either of the new springs. I called the office the next morning and the billing department agreed and I was credited for the second spring as well. So I never ended up having to pay $618 for 2 new springs, but it took persistence on my part to get both the technician and the office to take the necessary action.

Our technician Chris did a great job explaining what was causing the issues and walking me through my options for repair. As he was putting in the new motor and rail system, he talked about the overall work, things to be aware of, etc. and was extremely professional and friendly the entire time. Our garage door service was superb. The Precision Team, led by Chris, came to our rescue fixing a garage door which had been poorly "fixed" by another company the day before. I called them based on a recommendation from Genie brand garage doors because my opener lights went out. When they arrived, they said they couldn't fix the lights and offered to replace the motor for $899. When I declined, they offered to service the door for $250. I explained that I didn't call for that reason, but they kept pushing, asking how much I could spend, and offering to break the cost into payments. They even mentioned lowering the price if they called their manager, but they wanted to know how much I was willing to spend. Prior to them leaving, I searched for my replacement motor, which was $199, and a brand new unit for $300; when I advised of the cost, he said that I had to include labor. I said $700 for labor!? When I declined and said I would call back if I wanted the service, they unexpectedly handed me a $60 bill for the visit. This behavior was only from the main technician, Chris, who seemed focused on getting as much money from me as possible. I would not recommend their service again.
