Rick is very courteous and does not treat you as if you are stupid. Rick gave me a description of everything he was going to do and invited me to watch. Work was completed very quickly and professionally. He told me what to expect from the new spring TTF so that I could keep an eye and ear on it. I thought the spring price was high but that is what it is. I would recommend Precision Garage Door for repairs, no reservations.

Precision was on time and the service tech, Rick was professional and knowledgeable. After my garage door opener stopped working Precision was able to do the service the next morning which was wonderful! The motor needed to be replaced and Rick had the unit on his truck and was able to replace it within an hour. Great company!

I saw Precision website and called and person I talked with was very professional so I scheduled an appointment. Rick G was the serviceman I met when he arrived right on time. He looked and our problem quoted a price that I thought was reasonable and mentioned his repair comes with 5 year warranty. Rick went right to work and it was less than an hour he was on his way. I now have new cables, safety cables and springs and the door open and closes the way it did when it was new many years ago.

We called your company as you had previously serviced our garage doors some years back . We got an estimate for a new garage door opener but found it much more than we wanted to spend . So we bought it ourselves and had Precision install it . Still expensive but we wanted it done right by a professional . We were very pleased with your technician Francisco who took the time to explain the new features and answered questions politely . 5+ STARS. Rick was terrific. He was on time, friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and explained everything he was doing in detail. I had problems installing my new garage door opener and Rick solved the problems immediately. He showed me how to take care of the opener and how to solve minor problems going forward. I always use Precision Garage Door for service. Reliable, competent, always find the problem and fix it. I wouldn't use anyone else. Francisco was excellent. I learned some important facts about my garage door mechanism from him. That being said, I think $200 for a service call and a minor adjustment was way too much.
