I called Precision on a Friday and had an appointment set for Saturday 12:00-3:45. The Tech. called at 11:00 and asked if he could come over early. He showed up at 11:30 and looked at the garage door and gave me a price to replace both springs on the garage door. I knew that the price was going to be high because of reading the other reviews. I like the fact that the Tech was very nice and did not try and sell me other parts but just the parts that were broken. He was fast and got the job done in 20 mins. I don't mine paying more when you get service like this. I will use them again.

Rick was very professional and I believe did an excellent job, both the replacement motor as well as what he would do and how long it would take. His truck had a dead battery which made him late, but he left it running during the repair and didn't cancel the appointment, and that was much better for me.

Your employees are always on time and provide a detailed description the problem, the solution and estimate of both cost and time. Matt worked on repairing our garage door. I couldn't get out my car out of my garage since my spring broke. I called around 8AM, got a 10-12 window, & they came 11:15. We got a new spring for one door, and we replaced another door's opener since it would no longer work with a remote. It cost $270 for the spring & $595 for a belted Lift Master opener, & the only other cost was tax. Both came with guarantees.The guy we had (Rick) was very nice & courteous and seemed knowledgeable and honest. We are pleased.
