The Spring on my garage door broke causing the door off track at 5pm. I called Precision and they were willing to send someone out that night. I opted to wait till the morning and they were there on time, walked me through what was broken, fixed it, and showed me what I should be looking for moving forward. The tech, Olaniyi, was extremely polite and professional and I will definitely call Precision again if the need ever arises. Top quality company with top quality services! I would highly recommend Precision!!!

These folks are great! I called on Friday afternoon. They were here on time on Saturday morning. Rick the technician was super helpful by giving me some maintenance pointers, such as simple lubrication. I may try that but for anything more serious, I'll definitely call Precision again. 5 Stars for sure!

I contacted Precision Garage Door late in the afternoon when my door broke and they had me scheduled for 1st thing the next morning. They provided me the name and picture of the tech who was coming. The tech called and said he was on his way and when he got here he reviewed the situation and gave me an estimate of the repair costs after he explained when was wrong and how he was going to fix it. I also asked the cost of a new door opener and he explained the various types available and the differences as well as cost. I had a new opener installed and when all was said and done the cost was what was quoted to me at the outset of the work with no hidden cost or added sales pressure to buy more. I appreciated the professionalism of their organization from the time they answered the phone to the complete service work.

Precision was on time and the service tech, Rick was professional and knowledgeable. After my garage door opener stopped working Precision was able to do the service the next morning which was wonderful! The motor needed to be replaced and Rick had the unit on his truck and was able to replace it within an hour. Great company!

5+ STARS. Rick was terrific. He was on time, friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and explained everything he was doing in detail. I had problems installing my new garage door opener and Rick solved the problems immediately. He showed me how to take care of the opener and how to solve minor problems going forward. He was very thorough. If all the techs are as good as Rick, Precision has a great group of people. Great job!

Not happy sitting home all day Monday, when told a technician would be here between 8 and 12, only to get a call at noon saying about 1 and a half hour delay. Was good with that. However, when receiving a call at 3 pm saying not going to make it, need to sit home to wait again the following day, I was not happy. Need better scheduling.
