I found Precision online and then discovered that they had serviced my daughter who then gave them a great recommendation. Customer service on the phone was great and Rick, the rep who serviced us, was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We were back in operation within 24 hours. Rick also identified another problem with the weather stripping at the bottom of the door that we hadn't noticed. That repair will probably solve a long standing mouse problem that we have been having. Thanks Rick.

This is the first time I called Precision Doors and I was not disappointed. My torsion spring broke and I called this morning and I was told Rick could come out between 2-4pm. I usually call at the beginning time to find out where I am in the que and was told it would probably be closer to the 3:30-4:00pm time. Then 10 minutes later, I received a call from Rick saying that he was closer to my location and could he come in 10 minutes! VERY happy with the results. The spring was replaced and everything was done in 20 minutes! Would highly recommend.

A problem developed after he left and we call Precision the next day and service man was there within 30 minutes and resolved the problem. 5 star service. Called your company around 7:30 am. My car was trapped in the garage with a broken garage door spring. Technician arrived as promised that morning. Explained the repairs needed and gave me an estimate. I ok'ed the estimate and he promptly made the repairs and explained future maintenance I could perform to extend the life of the new spring, as well as the springs on my other two garage doors. The service was great. Derrick, who has helped in the past, inspected our door and had our problem diagnosed quickly. After the door was rebalanced and the rollers was replaced, everything worked perfectly. Precision has always provided good service and Derrick is a very good technician.
