Barry's service was outstanding! He phoned prior to arrival to let us know when to expect him and he was exactly on time. This was an emergency repair/replacement of the torsion spring and Barry took the time to explain what he was about to do and then ensured that the job was completed correctly. He explained the work performed and was very professional and courteous during the entire visit. The original call to your office was also handled very professionally.
