5 star service. Called your company around 7:30 am. My car was trapped in the garage with a broken garage door spring. Technician arrived as promised that morning. Explained the repairs needed and gave me an estimate. I ok'ed the estimate and he promptly made the repairs and explained future maintenance I could perform to extend the life of the new spring, as well as the springs on my other two garage doors. Barry's service was outstanding! He phoned prior to arrival to let us know when to expect him and he was exactly on time. This was an emergency repair/replacement of the torsion spring and Barry took the time to explain what he was about to do and then ensured that the job was completed correctly. service was completed the same day we called in to Precision. Service rep was very professional and quick. A problem developed after he left and we call Precision the next day and service man was there within 30 minutes and resolved the problem.
