Precision was recommended to me by Servicemaster. They were prompt in responding & calling to see what our needs were which happened to be a repair. Bill Byrne arrived promptly on time and found that a hungry squirrel had chewed through a line. He fixed the problem quickly and is coming back to fix the sealing around the door which we didn't realize could be replaced. We are very happy with the workmanship and Bill's recommendations

This is a fabulous company. Their customer service is top notch!! I contacted the Precision for a garage door repair. I was given the time range they would be out and the name of the technician. The technician, Derrick, came out within the scheduled time and was professional and courteous. He took the time to explain what the problem was and what needed to be done to take care of it... no surprises. I would highly recommend this company. If you care about great customer service, competent technicians and a company with integrity then Precision is the one for you!!
