This is the third time we have used Precision. (2 minor repairs and a replacement) Each time Derrick has been our technician. He is extremely knowledgeable about the product and professional in every regard. He is a credit to the company. This is a fabulous company. Their customer service is top notch!! I contacted the Precision for a garage door repair. I was given the time range they would be out and the name of the technician. The technician, Derrick, came out within the scheduled time and was professional and courteous. He took the time to explain what the problem was and what needed to be done to take care of it... no surprises. I would highly recommend this company. If you care about great customer service, competent technicians and a company with integrity then Precision is the one for you!!

The technician was prompt,pointed out the problems with the doors and provided excellent service.I requested service for just one of the garage doors on Angie's List. Please note I requested this service without my husband being aware of it because he wants to do everything in the home. You know how men can be and he is not getting any younger.(LOL).
