We have used Precision Care twice just recently and been very pleased with the service by Derek. The first visit received a call to say he was 15 min away. This was a general checkup and Derek provided recommendations on maintenance tasks that could be performed on a routine basis, such as lubricating. On the 2nd visit,he was running late and we received a call from office to let us know and then when Derek was 15 min away called us as well. He is very professional and seems to know the ropes.

Had an appointment on 5/15/13 between 12-2. The technicians (Derrick and Mike) were running a bit behind but I was notified prompty. They still arrived withen the scheduled appointment time. Derrick and Mike were polite and professional. They worked dilligently and were finished with installing the new garage opener and outside control panel withen an hour. I was given thorough instructions on all aspects of the new remotes and control panel. Very pleaswed with the work done.

Precision came out rapidly, and when promised, and quickly and completely repaired my very ancient and non-opening manual door by replacing all rollers and springs, and installing a safety cable. While the cost was a bit hard to swallow, I cannot complaing about the quality, speed, and professionalism of the crew.

As a homeowner, I have seen my share of shady, conniving, thieving contractors and repairmen. Not this time. I was almost giddy over how prompt, polite, and accommodating, my technician Derrick was. I had a problem with my remotes not working some of the time. As luck would have it, they worked perfectly when Derrick tested them. He understood my dilemma, offered an option, and in the meantime(at my request)programmed 2 new key fob remotes, and 2 car homelink buttons. I could not believe the attention to customer service! And the service call was only $49.95! These are my new "GO TO GUYS." I'll be sure to spread the word, too. Thanks Precision Doors.
