Found you thru Angie's List. Appreciate seeing and knowing who the service personnel are before arrival. Derrick was prompt, professional, and personable. I also appreciate having a two-hour block as to when to expect someone to arrive; rather than some half-daay or all-day time blocks. I have mentioned/referred your company to a family member, should garage door service be required in the future. Incidentally, I had routine tune-up and quite rollers this time.

Precision was recommended to me by Servicemaster. They were prompt in responding & calling to see what our needs were which happened to be a repair. Bill Byrne arrived promptly on time and found that a hungry squirrel had chewed through a line. He fixed the problem quickly and is coming back to fix the sealing around the door which we didn't realize could be replaced. We are very happy with the workmanship and Bill's recommendations

This is the third time we have used Precision. (2 minor repairs and a replacement) Each time Derrick has been our technician. He is extremely knowledgeable about the product and professional in every regard. He is a credit to the company. This is a fabulous company. Their customer service is top notch!! I contacted the Precision for a garage door repair. I was given the time range they would be out and the name of the technician. The technician, Derrick, came out within the scheduled time and was professional and courteous. He took the time to explain what the problem was and what needed to be done to take care of it... no surprises. I would highly recommend this company. If you care about great customer service, competent technicians and a company with integrity then Precision is the one for you!!

I was completely satisfied with the service. The technician was prompt,pointed out the problems with the doors and provided excellent service.I requested service for just one of the garage doors on Angie's List. Please note I requested this service without my husband being aware of it because he wants to do everything in the home. You know how men can be and he is not getting any younger.(LOL). He was so impressed he now wants service done on his side of the garage. Now I have to set up an appointment for him. I can't thank you enough!
