I was completely satisfied with the service. The technician was prompt,pointed out the problems with the doors and provided excellent service.I requested service for just one of the garage doors on Angie's List. Please note I requested this service without my husband being aware of it because he wants to do everything in the home. You know how men can be and he is not getting any younger.(LOL). He was so impressed he now wants service done on his side of the garage. Now I have to set up an appointment for him. I can't thank you enough!

This is a fabulous company. Their customer service is top notch!! I contacted the Precision for a garage door repair. I was given the time range they would be out and the name of the technician. The technician, Derrick, came out within the scheduled time and was professional and courteous. He took the time to explain what the problem was and what needed to be done to take care of it... no surprises. I would highly recommend this company.
