You guys really are great. So door won't open and I grab the phone on a Saturday at 6:30P. Woman who answers couldn't have been better: reassuring, efficient, clear, repeats details, gets all the information right the first time. No sense of impatience, boredom, usual mediocrity encountered in such cases. Less than twenty-four hours later Brian shows up with a smile and everything he needs to make the repair. He explains everything, is friendly, quick, most efficient. Walks me through how to test tension, operate the bypass for the opener. And when I ask about a warranty from a door replacement job five years ago, Brian adjusts the bill to cover a part replacement. Fantastic. Again: hope never to have to call you guys again, but I would not hesitate to call with a problem or to recommend Precision to anybody in need of great service.

MIke was quick and on time. He called to say he was on his way. He assessed the problem and fixed it quickly. Lubricated and inspected the whole door, and also my second door even though it wasn't having any trouble. Very reasonably priced service. I had called Overhead Garage door company as well and they wanted almost $200 just to come out!I would recommend Precision doors to everyone!

Called on a friday to ask for someone to replace broken torsion spring on our garage door. made appointment for the next day, saturday afternoon. Mike , the tech. called in late morning to ask if he could come earlier and after giving the ok, he arrived about 10 o'clock and was finished by 11. He was very pleasant and professional, I would call them again next time my garage door needs service.

1 star rating. I contacted your company through the chat room and asked about repairing a garage door opener. Your representative asked what the issue was with the door and what model opener. I informed the representative of the issue and told them the garage door opener was a Genie H2000C. The representative said she could have a repairman at my home the next day. When the repairman arrived it took him one minute to tell me your company does not carry parts for Geneie models. My questions is why would you send a repair man out to fix a model that you do not carry part for? Basically I paid $50.00 for a repairman to tell me he can't service my opener. What great customer service! I called at 830am and was told someone would be at my house between 12-4p. Barry was at my house before noon. He actually arrived early and notified me by phone that he would wait for me to arrive. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my keypad, told me what it would cost to repair it and worked with me to reprogram the access codes. He did a thorough assessment of the other parts of my garage doors and made a recommendation of another repair in the near future. The whole visit lasted about 20 minutes. He was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommended Precision (and Barry) to anyone needed help with their garage doors.

I have used the services of Precision Overhead Garage Door Service in the past, and once again, when I needed them, they were there right away. I called on a freezing Saturday at about 11:40, explaining that I have a senior in the house and was worried about the cold, since the garage door would not close. I was given a window of 12-4 that day. I had the great luck to have Barry be close by, and he called within 15minutes of hanging up with the dispatcher. He was at the door in 30 minutes. Barry is extremely knowledgeable and customer oriented. He diagnosed the problem in minutes, just like an experienced doctor. He explained the problem in understandable terms and offered several options as solutions. At no time did he pressure me to take any option, but left it to me to decide. I chose an option that cost much more than I had planned for, but it made perfect sense. He set to work immediately to remedy several problems and was finished in less than an hour. After he finished, he explained carefully what he did, what the problems were, and how he decided to tackle them. He showed me the wear on the parts he took off, and explained what the cause was. He patiently answered my questions, and was totally responsive and a consummate professional about the whole procedure. From start to finish, from my initial call, the resolution was less than two hours. Barry should teach classes to other service providers about manners, on time service, and professional expertise. He is a tremendous asset to your company. I will always refer Precision. As a Realtor, I have many referral possibilities.

We were impressed with the professionalism and timeliness of Precision: Brian, our installer, came to our house on the same day that we called, and was efficient and knowledgeable. He was also very patient with my questions and my inquisitive children. The job was done very quickly, after which he did a safety inspection, where he pointed out (and fixed) a few things that were suboptimal about our setup. Mike and Brian, and Precision Door Service in general, were just terrific. The technicians were honest, thoughtful, thorough, and just did a great job. This is a VERY legitimate company that must take care of its workers. While they may charge a little more for their services, things get done the RIGHT WAY and with no issues at all. Well worth ANY price difference, I fell that in the long run, their total costs will end up lower than alternatives due to jobs done right and VERY responsively.

I don't appreciate the game my technician played by calling in his office to get approval to supposedly get me a discount which still cost me $370.00 for springs that only cost $25.00 for the pair. (15 minutes of work) will not be using again or recommending to anyone.
