Very satisfied. I called Precision on Tuesday afternoon and scheduled an appointment for Wednesday morning to have my springs and cables replaced. Mike C arrived on time, gave me a quote immediately, and proceeded to finish the job within 30 minutes. Could not have been easier.

Work was done efficiently but I was disappointed that the old replaced unit was left on my garage floor. When I asked about hauling it away I was told they don't do that any more. If I had known that I would have gone elsewhere! Had to pay a junk mover to take it away. Very poor customer service.

Thank you for sending a technician promptly, the next day. I appreciated the "heads up" features of your service. The e-mail to underscore the time and date for the service and the tech's call before arrival. The garage door would not shut. It kept on going up, and not completely down. Though it might have been a simple job for your technician, the fact that the door would not close was a invitation for robbery and/or rodents. Should someone ask for a recommendation, if they needed service, I would not hesitate to mention your company as a reliable and professionally managed service.

Service was requested to address two problems: 1)a door that didn't close completely and 2) a broken part, for which I had already purchased a replacement, that needed replacement. The first issue was almost immediately diagnosed as a door the that was rubbing against the lower part of the door frame. The frame was lubricated which corrected the problem. Long term it was suggested that the frame be sanded to provide more clearance (which I'll do soon). 2) The replacement part was installed by disassembling the guide tube, slipping on the replacement guide and re-assembling the guide tube and adjusting the chain. Adjusting the door to the proper up and down range took some doing but was ultimately done well. Mike (I don't know which one) was knowledgeable, patient and carful in the way he approached the work. By the way, I searched the internet for someone to call for the repairs and selected Precision because of the emphasis the web site placed on quality products used for replacement and repairs, as opposed to an emphasis on low price.

Your Employee, Mike C. kept me informed of his arrival time. Mike went right to work upon arrival, diagnosed the gaarage door problem, re-programed the external key pad and was on his way. Precision could not find the paper work from previous vists,the work at least half of it,may have been under warranty . I had two springs replaced,one broken,one in new condition ,I wonder why that one needed to be replaced,or even if it was replaced.Ihave lost the confidence in Precision that had been built up through having Derrick as my tech in the past.

A ACTUAL TIME for delivery that was honored (none of this "we will be there between 9am and 5pm-which no one likes)- the technician was prompt 3. I was very disappointed with your company. I gave the information about our garage door opener (model,style, etc)over the phone and was scheduled for the service call. I was told that the technicians had the parts for that brand on their truck and in most cases they try to repair instead of having to replace. My technician didn't even attempt to fix our "old model" because the techs do NOT carry parts to that model on their trucks and in fact they don't even MAKE replacement parts for it anymore! $50 to tell me something that should have been communicated over the phone. Very disappointed at the lack of integrity and communication. I am fine with needing a new opener (not surprised) but the tech literally walked in 2 seconds and told me this info that should have been told over the phone. I could have THEN decided if I wanted them to come out and see if something else was wrong!

Mike C showed up a little earlier than the scheduled appointment but he did call saying so. He identified the problem with the opener immediately and proceeded to fix it. He explained what he was doing and why and even tested the repair several times while explaining (and also testing) the safety features of the opener. Mike also gave some tips for maintenance.
