Don't know if my wife already provide a feedback but I was very pleased with the results and the professional and know how attitude from your technician. I will use you guys again. On another note we need a weather strip for the bottom of our garage door and someone was suppose to get back to us on this. Please provide a place to pick up or how to get the strip. Again thanks for a job well done!

Okay, so the first impression was they are not going to accept any coupons! Thanks to Mike E. he was professional and made the right call to check with the office on the coupon thing because it was verified by the office that the coupon was good. The service itself from Mike E. was outstanding and very professional and as I told him I will recommend all my neighbors to Precision Door for their garage door needs. Mike E was awesome. I called early in the A.M. and he came out the same day, Dec 23rd at that. Fixed it fast, reasonably priced and showed me where to lubricate the mechanism in the future.
