Precision's technician installed a new garage door opener system and also installed safety chains to protect from a break in the springs. The technician explained everything that he was going to do and explained clearly why he was doing a specific thing. I was impressed with his honesty and with the fact that he didn't try to make me buy more than I needed. I was also pleased with his expertise. He managed not to harm the alarm system wires that had been installed long ago in the garage door. (I was very relieved about this.) The price was fair and the work was great. I highly recommend Precision.

After calling a no-show company we remembered using Precision several years ago. The rep was able to give us a same-day appointment and also asked if we would be available should a tech become available earlier. Keith Cavazos called ahead and came promptly. He was very professional, knowledgable and friendly. He made his assessment and explained our options thoroughly. After we decided, he completed the installation very fast and efficiently. It was a TOP NOTCH experience from Kelsy (rep) to Keith (tech). We will DEFINITELY recommend Precision to our friends and neighbors.

Commuting with your office personnel is, to say the least, very difficult. Their lack of interest in addressing my concerns was annoying. Finally, I received some satisfaction discussing my issues and agreed to a refund, although meeker; however, after more that a week that credit has not been posted to my Visa acct.

Dakota arrived within appointment window and followed CoVID19 safety protocols. He quickly assessed and addressed issue with my garage door opener. He reprogrammed all our remotes including garage door opener in our car and provided great advice for maintaining our system. He was professional, courteous and clearly very knowledgeable. I scheduled a new garage door and opener installation for my elderly mother. Precision has provided exceptional service for us and I have often recommended them to others. Mom’s install took place on 06/03/21. The Installer used another door. This was alright because it was temporary and she was told the correct door would take a “couple weeks”. Additionally, the frame around the door is pieced together and looks bad. The job was paid in full. Soon it will be 2 months and Precision has not come back. They answer my calls and say they will call back but aren’t calling back. . I asked for an email address for one of their Administrators which they have yet to provide (9 days ago). We realize things are messed up as a result of COVID. We understand this is not an emergency. However, a target date and a call back would suffice. I am disappointed in Precision and their poor Customer Service.

Charles is an excellent representative for your company. We have two garage doors and have lived in the house for almost 20 years . One had broken and needed the cables, springs and every other part. He inspected both doors, gave me the price to repair the one and update the second. He explained what needed to be done and took care of the repair in an efficient manor. My First time using Precision Door , I would Gove Service Tech Keith D 6 Stars if there was 6 , I had some issues happen after I had Sch my appointment to come and inspect and Lube , So I did call give them a heads up , that this is not only inspection but repair .So new Springs on 2 doors New Rollers on 4 Doors and new Cables on 2 doors Very Neat Job , and the Doors are working great Now , So Big Thanks to Keith .
