Had a very good experience with a service tech. His name was Jay and he was very helpful in fixing my door. 5 star rating. I just got home and 10 minutes later I heard a loud noise in the garage. one spring had broken. Tito was here within a few hours and walked me through his recommendation for repairs. We have been here for 44 years with a few past repairs. I now have all brand new parts for my 18 foot door. Now even my wife can lift the door if electric goes out. I am extremely pleased with Precision and Tito. I recommend them to everyone.

Great experience from the scheduling to the install! Called in the evening and was able to get an appt for the next day. Tito came on time, explained the issues, gave us options and replaced 2 openers in a few hours. Very professional & fairly priced. I will definitely recommend!

I was impressed by the (same day service, completely stocked trucks.) I had already purchased two new Genie openers and when we opened the box I noticed the rail & belt were not as heavy duty as I expected they would be. I did a Google search for garage door repair & found Precision. I noticed that the support rails on the door near the motor appeared to be broken. I was very pleased with my technician, Craig, who was very polite and professional. I didn't expect the cost of the repair & I forgot to request a discount through AAA or for being a senior citizen

Technician Christopher I-Bernard was fantastic.very courteous and professional and assessed the problem in 15 minutes (bad sensors). He gave me reasonable options to correct the problem, and replaced the sensors within another 15 minutes. Highly recommend Precison and especially Christopher.

Chris fully evaluated the repair required, and since all the parts were on his truck already, he went right to work replacing springs, rollers, cables and pulleys. Very knowledgeable techician, and the automatic garage door is like new again.

Our garage door broke off the wall jamming our garage door and bending lots of the metal frame . Precision is open 24/7and took my call on a Sunday night . They were at our house 8 am the next morning , evaluate and did the entire job in 3 hours .. Charles was great and respectful of us and our home. Strangely, our garage door was opening all by itself, without us using our remote or key pad. This happened several times over a two-day period. We tried deleting the code and reentering a code but that didn't resolve the problem. We contacted Precision and a their very nice and knowledgeable technician, Derrick, was on the scene in a matter of hours. He performed a reboot which seemed to work. But moments later, a close neighbor drove by. To our surprise, our garage door once again seemingly opened all by itself. The mystery started to be solved when Derrick asked us to check with the neighbor who had just opened her garage door. It turned out that our neighbor's car was in the shop for repair and she was given a "loaner" that had a remote. When she used her remote to open her garage door, she unwittingly opened ours as well. Mystery solved. Derrick reset our garage door opener so as to block the interference. Thanks goes again to "detective" Derrick.

Technician Bobby was amazingly skilled, great at improvising and working with a 50-year old door installed in a 19th century garage (no right angles, lots of non-standard customized features from the original installation to adapt the tracks, cables, and springs to the space). The cables, pulleys, and hinges were worn out and presented special challenges in replacing. Bobby was very clear in talking to a customer who knows nothing about garage doors except that they should go up and down. Also was willing to work with my weird old door; I was afraid he would just say it should be replaced, but he valued the high quality of some of the older components and found ways to make them work like new. Super happy customer. (I would put five stars, but he just left a couple of hours ago and I haven't had time to see if the repairs work long term. He said Precision would honor calls for tweaks for several days even though the door was too old for him to give me a warranty. I like that kind of honesty.)

I had long heard good things abouit Precision Door Service. Now after just one service call, I am super impressed. Called on a Saturday, not expecting anyone to answer. Not only did I get an answer, but I also was given an appointment for Sunday morning! It gets better. An experienced technician and a trainee arrived even earlier than expected; quickly found the problem; and installed a new belt drive and sprocket kit. Super friendly and professional. Surpassed my expectations, and gained a new customer. I was also very impressed by the names and photos of technicians on the appointment confirmation email.

The service was excellent! I would have given 5 stars, but we have a two car garage, and only one remote was included with the purchase. I had to purchase the second one separately. Logically two should have been included in the price. I know from previous experience that other companies do include two.

Called your shop late yesterday morning. Was told tech would arrive between 3:30 & 7:30. Charles was at the house at around 4:15. He was finished installing a new opener assembly and on his way by 6:30. Great job Charles, I highly recommend your company.
