This is the second time that I have used the services of Precision Door. It has been a positive experience on both occasions. Technician Barry was very professional and explained the entire process from beginning to end. The work he performed on both our garage door and door opener was completed in a very timely fashion. I couldn't get out my car out of my garage since my spring broke. I called around 8AM, got a 10-12 window, & they came 11:15. We got a new spring for one door, and we replaced another door's opener since it would no longer work with a remote. It cost $270 for the spring & $595 for a belted Lift Master opener, & the only other cost was tax. Both came with guarantees.The guy we had (Rick) was very nice & courteous and seemed knowledgeable and honest. We are pleased.

I called Precision at 8am on a Monday morning. Spoke to a live person in less than a minute without having to sift through any kind of menu system. She was courteous, friendly and able to quickly set up an appointment for a technician to repair my broken torsion spring. Incredibly, the appointment was between 10am and noon on this same day. Technician (Barry) called around 9:30am and asked if it was OK if he arrived a bit earlier. I told him it was OK and he arrived less than 10 minutes later. Barry quickly reviewed the garage door, opener and environment and provided an estimate. I signed off for Precision to perform the work and they replaced the springs and related hardware in roughly 15 minutes. I am quite pleased with the response time of Precision, the apparent quality of the new hardware and the capability and friendliness of its employees. I would certainly recommend this company to others for garage door services.

Next day service. Our old garage door opener could not be repaired, so a new opener was installed. Our technician, Rick, arrived n time, was polite and professional and, after conducting an inspection of the defective opener, determined that it could not be fixed. He therefore installed a new Liftmaster opener, which works perfectly. Thank you, Precision.
