Technician was terrific. Job was done well and in a timely fashion. However the payment process was unacceptable. I always like to use my USAA credit card for jobs like this. Due to an already known billing problem my card was denied. I don’t like inconveniences such as this. Especially when a reputable company such as yours should be able to resolve the matter. USAA card holders are largely represented in the Baltimore/DC metro. Many of whom are probably just as frustrated with a denied card. I hope this company fixes this irritating problem soon. So next time a better review shall be given from a person like me.

Precision Door has serviced my garage door in the past. The company came out on the day that I contacted them. The technician (Bobby) was superb. He explained the issues with my existing motor and indicated how he could fix the door. Upon my authorization he replaced the motor and other necessary components and took the time to program the remote to both vehicles. I was totally happy with his services. Jrick G.

Bobby was the specialist who came to our house. I would give him six stars if it was possible. His recommendations and service truly went above and beyond. Our garage door system is very old and he replaced the motor and belt and serviced the entire system so it can last us a good while longer. He even left our garage in a much less messy state than it was when he arrived.

I'm very pleased with my technician, he did an excellent job of explaining all of the details that the job would consist of the estimate and time frame. I did do another estimate with another company, it was not a big difference in the estimate but I felt more comfortable with his knowledge in doing the best job in what I needed. I'm giving him a 5* for the relief of not having to call him back months before the contract ended. I'm satisfied customer and would definitely refer him to my relatives, neighbors and friends.
