This is the third time we have used Precision. (2 minor repairs and a replacement) Each time Derrick has been our technician. This is a fabulous company. Their customer service is top notch!! I contacted the Precision for a garage door repair. I was given the time range they would be out and the name of the technician. The technician, Derrick, came out within the scheduled time and was professional and courteous. He took the time to explain what the problem was and what needed to be done to take care of it... no surprises. I would highly recommend this company. If you care about great customer service, competent technicians and a company with integrity then Precision is the one for you!!

Derrick was friendly, timely, knowledgable and experienced. Excellent work and i selected the service package that included spring, pulley, roller replacement, installation of safety cables and a 7 year warranty on parts and service. This definitely a company I would recommend to anyone needing any type of garage door service or replacement.

I was completely satisfied with the service. The technician was prompt,pointed out the problems with the doors and provided excellent service.I requested service for just one of the garage doors on Angie's List. Please note I requested this service without my husband being aware of it because he wants to do everything in the home. You know how men can be and he is not getting any younger.(LOL). We had an intermittent problem with our garage door. I was impressed with the professionalism of Precision from start to finish. I received an email verification of the appointment. The service tech called 15 minutes prior to arrival and was on time. The tech was professional, the Precision truck was spotless, and the problem was fixed. I contacted Pecision late in the morning and Derrick came to the house by 3 PM. Within 30 minutes the broken spring was replaced. Customer Service is top notch starting with initial phone contact through completion of work.
