I called to make an appointment for a tune-up, expecting it to be some time in the future. Instead, they were able to come on the same day as I called. The technician was Bobby, who was personable and professional. He diagnosed my issues, made suggestions, and completed the work in a timely manner. I have always used Precision Garage Door for my tune-ups, and have never been disappointed.

Excellent experience with Precision. The technician (Jay C) was awesome - very professional, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. Jay was very informative, answering all of questions. He got the job done quickly, and everything's working perfectly. There was a slight mistake on the final invoice, regarding the warranty. One quick email, and the office staff quickly fixed it and sent me a corrected invoice. All around great experience. One con: this fairly simple job was extremely pricey. You get what you pay for, I guess. If you want your door fixed right, Precision is the way to go - just be prepared some some serious sticker shock.

Quite impressive all the way around. Got an appointment with in 24 hours. Tito was a little early and have a call when he was on his way as was promised by the office staff person. He was vey knowledgeable and took ownership of my issue right away. His suggestions were logical and to my advantage. Cost was very reasonable and the job was finished within an hour or so. We are very pleased with the quick appointment and the excellent service by Tito our technician. Tito was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He called to let us know when he was on the way. He pointed out the broken springs and thoroughly inspected all the other parts of our garage door and opener. He clearly explained and showed us the minimum repairs needed and also additional repairs of worn parts that we might want fixed before they stop working. He gave us a separate estimate for the minimum repairs and the additional repairs. When he was done, he showed us the new remote control and linked it to the wi-fi button in our car. Our door works great now and we're very satisfied with the excellent service by Precision.

The Garage Door Spring died this Morning. Called Precision, they were very helpful with sending a Tech out to my house. They arrived quickly and before the 1-5 window I was quoted!!!! Tito called me when he was on his way to my house. Tito arrived and was very knowledgeable about my issue. He explained to me what needed to be done and completed the work quickly. I feel the price was reasonable! Tito was very professional and personable. I would recommend Tito and Precision to anyone. They also have Military Discounts for Veterans. Great Experience, terrific service from the initial phone call to Tito completing the work!!!!! Thank you Tito for coming to our house on a Sunday to fix our garage door!!!!!

Precision Door has serviced my garage door in the past. The company came out on the day that I contacted them. The technician (Bobby) was superb. He explained the issues with my existing motor and indicated how he could fix the door.
