Excellent experience! Scheduling appointment was very easy and lots of options. Received email and text confirmations after scheduling and a call from technician on way to house. Even was texted a bio of the technician. Tayvon was outstanding and extremely knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained what the issue was with our problem (spring), and how to resolve our issue. He outlined in great detail what the steps were and my options. He very thoroughly explained the different motor options as well. He showed the different specs with our spring issue and eventually went over the pricing options. I couldn’t have asked for a better technician and person to deal with. Tayvon will be my go-to whenever we have to do something with our garage again.

I contacted Precision Door Service to repair my garage door opening system. Within a couple of hours, Mr. Jamal Crosby showed up at the door. Came home from Thanksgiving to a busted garage door, cables all tangled up, stuck closed, nothing you could do about it. Was a bummer way to cap off a great holiday. Called Precision Garage Door, and they had a tech out right away. Jamal Crosby was great, diagnosed the problem quickly, found the most cost effective way to fix it, and took care of the issue in a timely manner. Did great QA, tested everything multiple times, and even looked at my other door to make sure it wasn't going to break the same way. Overall 5 start experience, would call again if something broke.

I saw the Precision advertisement in the value pak and I was impressed that they don't charge service charge for estimate, even if on weekends or nights. I called and the phone was answered by a live person who quickly scheduled an appt. for me on Sunday morning. Bobby called before he arrived and was quite professional and friendly. He assessed problem and carefully explained short and long-term options for us to consider. He was patient with my many questions and used his knowledge to thoroughly explain the proposed repairs. If we have any problems in the future, we'll definitely call Precision back!!

It was very expensive. I wish I could have replaced it myself, but since it is the holidays, it is snowing outside, and I don't have the time, I paid $965 for this company to fix it with a 90-day warranty. I don't have funds to for the $1400 plan which is to replace the wheels, 1 year warranty, etc. Unfortunately, when you overcharge, you will not get repeat business or recommendations from neighbors. The springs are springs and wheels don't line up like the original but the tech said it is fine. As long as it keeps working, I am fine. Shawn 11/22/24

I really wasn't sure what garage door company to use and was hesitant... Don't hesitate use Precision. My expectations are high and they exceeded them from the first phone call to the amazing service tech Tito. His level of knowledge and professionalism was over the top - he exceeded my expectation. Jay was a joy to work with. He fixed the original problem very quickly. I asked him to look at another door that was operating but was loud and somewhat clunky. He recommended two options, one that would make the door relatively new again, and one that would improve it's operation. I chose # 2 due to the price of the first option, $ 1,300.00. The second option was still very expensive, but I wanted improvement and I got it. Jay did a good job and I am pleased with the result. I would recommend Precision Door for the quality of the work.
