I called on Saturday after Christmas because the cable in 1 of the garage doors had snapped and Precision sent a tech out the next Moroni g. On Sunday morning, Jay arrived promptly at 8 am, inspected both doors, provided me with an estimate to repair them and was able to complete all the work that morning! Precision Door Service was called Tuesday, December 24 with a call that we were unable to open our garage door. Precision informed me that the earliest appointment they had was Thursday, December 26 from 10:30 - 1:30. I took that appointment but proceeded to call two other garage services and wasn't able to get anything earlier than Friday, December 27. Elijah Bowman came around 10:00 and explained the difference between a repair to an old wooden garage door and a new aluminum door. He had information on our door options and explained the different varieties and costs and we selected our new garage door. We were unable to lift our old wooded garage door to get my car out of the garage to go to Western Maryland but Elijah told us he would make some phone calls to see if he could get extra help. Within 30 minutes 3 other employees came to help and we were able to continue out Christmas visits. Thank You Elijah and Precision!

I had called Saturday afternoon after 4 PM asking if there is any one available to replace cables on my garage doors. The receptionist was kind, courteous, and professional. Was informed there was nothing for today, but there was availability tomorrow between 10 and two. Which I accepted. Sunday morning Christopher texted me then within 10 minutes. He called to tell me he was on his way and he’d arrive at 10:30. He arrived on time which was extremely refreshing. I informed him what I needed done. He provided an estimate. Then proceeded to work. Was extremely professional, courteous, and patient as I asked questions for clarifications for my understanding. He never stopped working and he was done by noon. I will recommend this services to family, friends and coworkers.

Our garage door opener was starting to malfunction and not pick up on the remotes or transmitters from our vehicles. Contacted Precision and set up an appt. However, first surprise was that a technician (Chris) was readily available and on the way. Was impressed by this, and how fast the response time was. Chris was friendly, knowledgeable, and maintained professionalism. Chris immediately went about diagnosing the problem and explained throughout my options. Went ahead with replacing the old unit and installing a new unit. Chris gave an estimate of time and was impressed that he maintained that timeline regardless of hiccups along the way. Truly appreciated his time and, prompt explanation and install. Precision will be my go to for any garage related issues due to Chris' friendliness, knowledge, and prompt service. Thank you!

Appointment made with ease. Installer called prior to arriving. Problem was diagnosed and repair was suggested. Also the worker discovered a problem with the existing garage door opener do to its age. The suggestion was approved, and the opener was replaced as well as the broken spring. Door is working very smoothly now. The workers were very respectfully to us and our property. No mess left. Would recommend this company to others

About noon our garage door wouldn't close. The cables had come unspooled and it was stuck in the open position. I called Precision and they said someone could come out between 3:30 and 9PM. Their technician, Jamal Crosby, called me at 4:45 and told me he was half an hour away. He arrived exactly when he said he would and quickly inspected the problem and gave me an estimate for the repair. The estimate was reasonable and he said he could complete the work in an hour. 45mins later he was done and everything was working properly. Jamal explained what he believed was the cause of the problem and how I could inspect the door in the future to obtain maintenance before it broke again. He also explained to me how to lubricate the door. Overall my experience was excellent. Jamal was extremely professional and courteous. He arrived when he said he would and completed the repairs professionally and quickly. Jamal is an excellent representative for Precision Garage Door.
