I called for service on Thursday and the tech came, on time, the next day. He was friendly and very professional. He diagnosed the problem which involved the door rather than the opener motor, explained the problem in detail, gave me a price which I accepted and fixed it then. He had the parts in his truck thankfully. He did a beautiful job and even swept out leaves which had blown into the garage.

This is an amazing company. I was blown away by the promptness and the professionalism. They sent Bobby out to our garage on a Saturday night - before he comes out, they send an email telling us his hobbies and recent vacations. He shows up with a big smile on his face, gets to work, and is wonderful with our kids. Super professional, knows his stuff, and fixes everything in a few hours since his truck is stocked with every part imaginable. It was expensive, but I feel the service we received was well worth it.

Just had Jay Constantine from Precision Garage Door come out to fix my noisy garage door and install a new opener. Couldn't be happier with the service! He really knew his stuff and took the time to explain everything to me before getting started. The tune-up made such a difference - no more squeaking and shaking when it opens. Jay did a great job with the new opener installation and made sure all the remotes, the keypad, and wall controller were working perfectly before he left. He even showed me how to program everything myself if I need to in the future. Super professional, got everything done efficiently, and cleaned up after. Definitely recommend Jay and Precision Garage Door Service of Central Maryland if you need any garage door work done!

I chose Precision because of past experience with the company. I expected and received prompt courteous service. The young man, Jay, was very knowledgeable as he explained what the issue was and how to operate other features, of the door, that I had a problem with.

Jay was fantastic!! The entire experience with Precision was great. Scheduling from their webpage was easy. The text and email letting me know Jay was on his way (and Jay’s call) were very thoughtful. The information from the company about Jay was a nice touch, too (discovered he’s a volunteer firefighter, for example). The service once Jay arrived was top-notch, too. He quickly assessed the problem, gave a crystal-clear explanation and ball-park estimate. Then worked up a detailed estimate, and showed me wear and tear on the parts to confirm what did and didn’t need replacement. I only wish ALL service experiences were as good as I received today from Precision and Jay.

I was very impressed with Trevor. He did a great presentation, we are waiting to find out more information about the door that we were interested in. Apparently, it is no longer a stock door ... Trevor was courteous and very engaging to speak with . We are considering his proposal, but waiting for more information. Thank you. vivian

Exceptional Service from Tito at Precision Garage Door! I can't say enough great things about Tito from Precision Garage Door! He went above and beyond, coming out on Super Bowl Sunday to fix what I thought was a minor issue—only to discover it was a bigger problem than expected. Despite the timing, Tito was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. What really stood out, though, was how personable and friendly he was throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made what could have been a stressful situation an absolute breeze. His dedication to customer service, attention to detail, and great attitude were truly impressive. If you're looking for reliable, top-notch service with a smile, Tito and Precision Garage Door are the way to go! Highly recommend!
