Called on a Sunday morning. The technician arrive at 1:00pm, exactly on time. Needed repairs were explained very clearly and an estimate was given for the needed work, with available options that I could choose. Work was provided immediately and within 2 hours was completed to my satisfaction. The technician was extremely polite and knowledgeable. I am very please with the work and this company!

I highly recommend Precision, especially for us elderly people because they tell you the truth. There is no bait and switch. Mr. Craig was an excellent technician. He said "you don't need this, but you do need that." Or "this will take 15 minutes or 1-1/2" and that's what it took. More important they are nice and respectful. That very important to me. My last LiftMaster was 19 years old and still running great, but I wanted an update and backup battery install because electricity goes out a lot around here. Grade = A+.

My original complaint was I had a broken spring on my one car garage door. I previously had the same issue 10 years ago for the repair price of $250 which seemed fair. This time around the technician Charles told me I needed not only the spring but end bearings and new cables. The price for this repair shot up to $735. He then tried to sell me 10 sealed nylon rollers for$20 a piece. When I declined he offered to knock off $75. i still declined. i agreed to the spring, bearings & cable because I was leaving that day on vacation & needed to get it fixed before I left. The work took them less than an hour. Charles the tech then attempted to open & close the door but the motor only buzzed and did not move the door. Charles then said I needed a new motor which by this time I was pretty sure this guy was a scammer so I declined and signed off on his spring work happy to get them out of my garage. 5 minutes after they left I removed the belt from the motor & tested it where it worked perfectly. The only problem had been the door carrier had gotten jammed on a bolt when the spring broke. Pretty sure a honest garage door technician would know how to troubleshoot this in 2 minutes. This company appears to try to sell you a bunch of things you don't need and charge you 3 times the price. I will not use these guys ever again.

Thankfully our garage door broke after we had our cars out. What was more wonderful is the fact that Precision was able to make complete repairs within a 24-hour period, actually a 16 hour. There workers are extremely competent and very mannerly young man. My wife and I are completely satisfied.

My First time using Precision Door , I would Gove Service Tech Keith D 6 Stars if there was 6 , I had some issues happen after I had Sch my appointment to come and inspect and Lube , So I did call give them a heads up , that this is not only inspection but repair .So new Springs on 2 doors New Rollers on 4 Doors and new Cables on 2 doors Very Neat Job , and the Doors are working great Now , So Big Thanks to Keith .

Precision's technician installed a new garage door opener system and also installed safety chains to protect from a break in the springs. The technician explained everything that he was going to do and explained clearly why he was doing a specific thing. I was impressed with his honesty and with the fact that he didn't try to make me buy more than I needed. I was also pleased with his expertise. He managed not to harm the alarm system wires that had been installed long ago in the garage door. (I was very relieved about this.) The price was fair and the work was great. I highly recommend Precision.

Outstanding in intelligence, competence, and professionalism, he made this tricky, possibly confusing replacement a truly valuable experience, also explaining the measures that would prevent future problems. After calling a no-show company we remembered using Precision several years ago. The rep was able to give us a same-day appointment and also asked if we would be available should a tech become available earlier. Keith Cavazos called ahead and came promptly. He was very professional, knowledgable and friendly. He made his assessment and explained our options thoroughly. After we decided, he completed the installation very fast and efficiently. Commuting with your office personnel is, to say the least, very difficult. Their lack of interest in addressing my concerns was annoying. Finally, I received some satisfaction discussing my issues and agreed to a refund, although meeker; however, after more that a week that credit has not been posted to my Visa acct.

I scheduled a new garage door and opener installation for my elderly mother. Precision has provided exceptional service for us and I have often recommended them to others. Mom’s install took place on 06/03/21. The Installer used another door. This was alright because it was temporary and she was told the correct door would take a “couple weeks”. Additionally, the frame around the door is pieced together and looks bad. The job was paid in full. Soon it will be 2 months and Precision has not come back. They answer my calls and say they will call back but aren’t calling back. . I asked for an email address for one of their Administrators which they have yet to provide (9 days ago). We realize things are messed up as a result of COVID. We understand this is not an emergency. However, a target date and a call back would suffice. I am disappointed in Precision and their poor Customer Service.
