Not a very good experience. It was a very short phone call after the repair person reviewed the work, I asked for a detailed written estimate for the required work and parts, was told he was going to give it, but have not received anything.

Excellent service. Technician was at my house on the time line provided and did the job very quickly and efficiently. An e-mail was sent to me with a picture of the technician that was coming which a good level of security. The technician was ready to repair my door with all the tools and required parts that were needed. If I have a problem with the garage door I will use Precision again.

I was extremely happy with the service for my garage door. Both calls I made to your office were answered immediately by a very friendly receptionist. I easily got an appointment at a time that was convenient for me. The technician who came out to do the job (Mike C) was excellent and resolved the issue with my garage door in about 45 minutes. I was very happy with the work and will definitely use this company again for future work.

The way things should be. Tech called before coming and arrived early. He quickly assessed the repair, provided a cost quote, worked with available discounts, explained the work, completed the work and explained required preventive maintenance. Doors worked better than new when complete. Had one small issue that was quickly addressed and resolved. Would use them again.

Excellent work diagnosing misaligned track and damaged cables. Quickly took care of both, adjusted door to open and close effortlessly. I would have preferred that this have been detected in our "tune-up" earlier in the week, rather than having another service call/fee, but in the end, the door works perfectly. Thank you.

Recently my garage door began to act up, and I became somewhat alarmed. I was fit in on the schedule early the next day, and Derrick came to work on the door. He did a full inspection, discussed what needed to be done along with providing me costs on each of the options. After I chose the option, he was finished within an hour. Since my garage is not attached to my home and since I have mobility problems, Derrick showed his concern for my having to remain outside with him, suggested that I return to my home, and informed me he would call me when he was done, which he did. The door now moves smoothly from one position to another quietly. Derrick also took the time to explain several things about the garage and the opener that I did not know. Good experience.

This was a return visit for Mike C. He corrected a problem in March and once again, a different problem, got the door opener unit up and running by replacing the circuit board. This avoided the need to purchase a new unit at this time. The added plus was Precision sent him out on the same day I made the call for service. Happy ending all around. Pleased again!

I called Precision in an emergency situation as the spring on the existing door had broken. They were able to schedule Mike to come out the next morning. Although he was not able to service the existing system he installed a new replacement spring system in about an hour. He lubricated all the moving parts. The quality of the new system is excellent and is covered by a 5 year warranty. Good work Mike!
