Garry was fantastic!!! We needed to have our torsion spring replaced. He arrived on time, laid out all the options for us without any sort of high pressure sales pitch and above all was extremely friendly. He completed the repairs quickly and even cleaned the inside of our garage door. I have nothing but high praise about the service we received. At some point in time in the future I am going to need a new garage door and when that time comes, I will be calling Precision to install the door.

I told your people the exact model garage door opener I had when I made the appointment. Surprise surprise you guys come today and don't install that kind then you try and upsell me by a grand. The old bait and switch which is being reported to the attorney general. Buyer beware.

The work was wonderful, however, the night before the girl told be there was a spot open if I could get someone at the house and when i called back after working to do that they told the person the spot was not available. I called the the girl spoke to her manager and it was made to happen. So all in all, I will give them a 4.5 star.

The entire experience, from the visit of your sales rep, to the actual installation was extremely professional and expedient. The sales rep fully explained the choices and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day, which fit our calendar perfectly. The installer arrived precisely on time and was the model of courtesy and professionalism. Watching him work, it was obvious that he knew his craft as there was not a wasted motion in the entire process. He even went above and beyond by installing the electric safety eyes for the opener that had never been installed properly. Kudos to the entire Precision Door Service team. I will gladly recommend your services to any and all. Well Done.

Mike and Brian, and Precision Door Service in general, were just terrific. The technicians were honest, thoughtful, thorough, and just did a great job. This is a VERY legitimate company that must take care of its workers. While they may charge a little more for their services, things get done the RIGHT WAY and with no issues at all. Well worth ANY price difference, I fell that in the long run, their total costs will end up lower than alternatives due to jobs done right and VERY responsively.

Gentleman arrived within window, called ahead. Gave estimate beforehand and garaged works great. Always wondered if reviews on site were accurate and I can tell you they are. Had a different company come out a month ago (because we have a home warranty which we found doesn't cover what was wrong) and prior company told us we need new door and everything else. Not true and we had excellent service. Didn't catch the service mans name but he did a great job.

Derrick was outstanding!! I'm so glad it was him that came out. If I ever need service again, there is no question I'm asking for him. He was friendly, explained things very clearly, and spent time to make sure I understood what he was doing. I was disappointed with the tech that came out the first time as he came and went within less than 10 minutes, and didn't do half of what Derrick did. Because he had not done a thorough job that is why I needed a second visit. Derrick really took the time to look at the problem and then make recommendations for fixing it. Thank you Derrick!

Problem was that the door would only rise about a foot or so. The cause was not self-evident; Darrell went about the diagnosis of the issue in a very logical manner ruling out possible culprits and eventually found the issue to be in the garage door opener itself. After modifying the settings, the door functioned properly.

You charged me $50 after your technicians came out, looked at the spring setup, talked to their manager, who reportedly said good luck finding someone who can work on this. I have sent e-mails with pictures to two other area garage door repair businesses who say that replacing this spring should not be a problem. You then e-mail me, having the gall to thank me for my business and giving you the "opportunity" to service my door. While to an extent I appreciate Mike trying to give me options, I'm still ticked that (1) other businesses can replace my garage door and (2) there should be able to provide a comprise between doing nothing and selling me on a new garage door and system.

I don't appreciate the game my technician played by calling in his office to get approval to supposedly get me a discount which still cost me $370.00 for springs that only cost $25.00 for the pair. (15 minutes of work) will not be using again or recommending to anyone.

The desk staff was very polite and courteous. The technician seems to be in a hurry. Did the job fine, but was messy leaving broken screws on the floor while replacing the hinges.
