Technician came within time window of appointment. He diagnosed the problem as worn rollers. He replaced the rollers quickly and made other adjustments. I would give him 5 stars. The only reason that I am giving an overall 4 stars rating is a problem with scheduling my appointment. I made an appointment on Saturday for service on Thurs between 8-10 AM. I got a call on Tuesday saying that there had been an error and they couldn't come Thurs AM. I had to reschedule for Fri AM.

I corrected the spelling of my last name so you have it. When the service tech talked to me about the door, he said that it was installed incorrectly, the top bracket was not placed properly. I told him that Precision installed it, he called the office and they did not have a record of the installation. Maybe you couldn't find me in the system because my name is mis-spelled.Please have someone contact me

We have used Precision Care twice just recently and been very pleased with the service by Derek. The first visit received a call to say he was 15 min away. This was a general checkup and Derek provided recommendations on maintenance tasks that could be performed on a routine basis, such as lubricating. On the 2nd visit,he was running late and we received a call from office to let us know and then when Derek was 15 min away called us as well. He is very professional and seems to know the ropes.

Alan arrived and I was a little skeptical since he was quiet and seemed indifferent. He immediately diagnosed the problem and recommended a conversion bar change. I agreed. I am the father of Paul Balassa and called your company. Although I waited what I thought was longer than usual for the technician to arrive I can understand why. Alan does an outstanding job and is methodical in performing job. He is very astatut, quiet, and performs at the highest level. I was truy impressed and would highly recommend his services.

Had an appointment on 5/15/13 between 12-2. The technicians (Derrick and Mike) were running a bit behind but I was notified prompty. They still arrived withen the scheduled appointment time. Derrick and Mike were polite and professional. They worked dilligently and were finished with installing the new garage opener and outside control panel withen an hour. I was given thorough instructions on all aspects of the new remotes and control panel. Very pleaswed with the work done.

I needed a repair on my garage door- appointment setting was quick and I appreciate the 2 hour window. I also appreciate the email confirmation with a picture of the technician assigned to my job- felt very safe. My tech was running late and I got a call letting me know which was much appreciated and very rare. When he came, he apologized for his lateness, went right to work and 20 minutes later my door was fixed. I highly recommend this company.

When I called for an estimate I was told the springs would be $99 each and there would be a $49 service charge. I agreed to have the repair done. When the technician arrived he informed me that the cables would be an additional $99. This was $99 more than I had planned on paying when I agreed to have the repair done. I am not satisfied that there was an additional cost when the technician actually arrived on site.

Precision came out rapidly, and when promised, and quickly and completely repaired my very ancient and non-opening manual door by replacing all rollers and springs, and installing a safety cable. While the cost was a bit hard to swallow, I cannot complaing about the quality, speed, and professionalism of the crew.
