Precision provided the solution to my garage door issue. The spring for the door broke in half, trapping my car. From making the appointment to the arrival of the technician assigned, everyone at Precision was very professional. Would have rated them a 5 had they come out the same day. Mike C replaced the spring in no more than 30 minutes and our car was freed. Would recommend Precision for sure!!

Although I waited much longer than promised, Mike was able to quickly evaluate the problem, gave me several options from repair to new installation. I opted for a repair and he did a very thorough job. I hope it lasts as long as the original.

We replaced 4 pulleys and wire on 2 doors. Installer was capable and arrived on time and did a good job. Parts included labor and the job was extremely expensive considering the pulleys cost $4.95 at Home Depot but I was charged more than $50 for each plus the cost of the service call... the total price was more than $437.00 so was considered very expensive.

Mike did good work, efficiently and pleasantly. My one concern is that the price was misrepresented by the dispatcher who scheduled the visit. I understood this to be a $49 service call. Mike told me that there was also a $70 labor charge. Dispatchers should be more straightforward about all of the costs. (If I had known that it would involve only straightening the sensors and doing routine maintenance -- oiling the chains, slightly adjusting other things -- I might have thought twice about a $135 call.)

Technician came within time window of appointment. He diagnosed the problem as worn rollers. He replaced the rollers quickly and made other adjustments. I would give him 5 stars. The only reason that I am giving an overall 4 stars rating is a problem with scheduling my appointment. I made an appointment on Saturday for service on Thurs between 8-10 AM. I got a call on Tuesday saying that there had been an error and they couldn't come Thurs AM. I had to reschedule for Fri AM.

Precision was amazingly quick to respond--I called on the weekend and they were out to my house on Monday! Mike was courteous and thorough, he gave me the complete itemized receipt I needed for my records with no complaint. The work was good quality and done in a jiffy.

Precision came out rapidly, and when promised, and quickly and completely repaired my very ancient and non-opening manual door by replacing all rollers and springs, and installing a safety cable. While the cost was a bit hard to swallow, I cannot complaing about the quality, speed, and professionalism of the crew.

Derrick was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The problems and options were described to me clearly. The work was done quickly and to a high degree of quality. After the work was complete, the repairs were shown and explained to me, and the clean up was great. The only negative was that I felt that the service was largely overpriced (this is based on other online offers I have since seen for similar services).

I had a broken garage door spring and when I submitted the work I was called the same day to schedule appointment. Technician was polite and on time. My only reason not to give 5 stars is I expected the spring be fixed that day...it was not. They had to come back another day to do the work.

I chose Precision because it was closer & appeared to be more reasonable than other companies. They were also able to fix a same day appt. Bill was very professional & knowlegdeable. My garage repair was completed very quickly. My only issue is that the cust serv reps & tech need to be clear on the pricing after the service fee has been charged.

Technician came at the beginning of the given time range, did a thorough check of our door mechanism and replaced parts that had broken and that had contributed to the damage of our garage door mechanism. The technician was speedy and courteous.
