The service was excellent! I would have given 5 stars, but we have a two car garage, and only one remote was included with the purchase. I had to purchase the second one separately. Logically two should have been included in the price. I know from previous experience that other companies do include two.

Garage door was noisy and tech did a great job replacing the moving parts. Its very quiet now and we got a new garage door opener also. Company addressed some questions that I had in a prompt and courteous manner.

Dakota and another rep came over 11/6/20; both men were very courteous and professional. I requested a new lock and bar mechanism for manual opening of a lightly used garage door. I pointed out a need for roller track adjustment and Dakota noticed a cable out of alignment. My assumption was this initial visit was for scoping the job for parts requirements and future work assessment. The guys did about 20 minutes of adjustment work and invoiced me for $150.00. I gather they were following company policy / procedure. The work they did this evening could have waited for the main tasks to follow, once ordered parts arrive. In defense of your crew, I did not communicate my expectations; but I am a little disappointed that I’ll end up paying for two repair visits, when one would suffice. I also realize that you rightly have a minimal labor charge once a work crew arrives. However, most contractors scope and estimate work free of charge; that is what I thought this initial visit was for. I’ll shrug this off as poor communication on my part. I used to be the maintenance Supt. at Erachem in Curtis Bay (retired now). I had your outfit in the plant on numerous occasions back in the day. I recall you as a company that responded to emergencies and provided good service. Respectfully, Brian McDonnell

I recently had a complete replacement of garage door opener, springs, and door roller wheels in May 2020. The price was higher than expected, compared to internet search of costs, but the service was excellent, with a very quick and timely response, and the work appears to be very well done. Only minor disappointment is that the garage door opener only came with one remote rather than two.

In April of 2018, I had a new garage door installed by Precision and they did a wonderful job!! Very happy!! In March of 2019 my wife backed into the door and damaged it. The tracks were not damaged but the door was done. I called Precision and they came out, gave me an estimate and a time frame and got the repair done. I would give this work 5 stars, but a week or two after the repair, I realized that the installer did not reattach my inside lock for the door. It isn't a big deal and I was able to do it myself. Just the same, it would have been nice if the job was 100% completed when the bill was paid. I would certainly recommend Precision.

As always, our technician (who was Rick this time) was knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. We have used your service several times and are always happy with the service. Our only complaint this time is that the fee just for the *visit* was $195.00. That seems much higher than we have paid before. Again, Rick was terrific, but the base charge was high.

Very friendly and a nice quality product. Would be 5 stars but eye-balling the straps made them ever so slightly off. I am probably the only one who has noticed this and would gladly recommend the company.

While I was very disappointed with a truck breakdown just before expected arrival time on a Friday afternoon, they worked with me to schedule a Sunday afternoon repair. Tony, the technician, was very courteous, completed the repair, and did a safety inspection. I felt confident that the garage opener was now operating safely.

Prompt service, arrived in company truck, technician was polite. He was able to reset the travel limits of my door and helped with reprogamming keypad. The only reason I didn't give five stars was when I made the appointment I asked about coupons or discounts and was told there was only one for Military members. In fact there was a coupon on the website I could have used.

Barry arrived and quickly assessed the issue I had with my garage door. He explained everything clearly and was extremely knowledgeable. He performed all repairs timely and checked everything prior to him leaving the job. My garage door now operates quieter and smoothly than before. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of the Price. The cost of the work in my eyes was a bit excessive.

Barry was great. Very professional and friendly. He explained everything thoroughly and was quick. He is awesome! I thought that I would be better prepared for the prices after doing a little research on the net before I called, but I was still a tad sticker shocked. Not so drastically overpriced I wouldn't use Precision again since the service was so good, but enough to taint the experience and make it a four star vs. five star for level of satisfaction. I do highly recommend Precision (esp. Barry), but just be mentally prepared that you'll be paying a bit above the "average" estimates you see in forums if you've done your research.

Efficient, fast and very knowledgeable tech "Gary". The pricing is very high, however, Gary did tell me pricing prior to work done. If it was summer I would of gotten some quotes.

I would actually make this 4.5 stars if I could. I called, very last-minute after another garage door repair company canceled on me, late on a day when the weather was particularly brutal and still managed to get someone from Precision to come over and fix our garage that very evening. The work seems to be holding up, and the technician was very pleasant. I am subtracting 1/2 a star because he brought the ladder through our house and took a chunk out of the trim around our dining room entrance (which I now have to sand and repaint) and also because the price seemed a bit high compared to what our research had us expecting. Overall, however, we were grateful for the emergency visit, the work seems well-done, and both the receptionist answering the phones and technician doing the work were very pleasant to work with.

Excellent work diagnosing misaligned track and damaged cables. Quickly took care of both, adjusted door to open and close effortlessly. I would have preferred that this have been detected in our "tune-up" earlier in the week, rather than having another service call/fee, but in the end, the door works perfectly. Thank you.

Best garage door service I have ever received. Quick response and totally professional. The work was outstanding. I gave the company 4 stars instead of 5 only because I thought their prices for parts were a little higher than other companies I have used in the past. Service was requested to address two problems: 1)a door that didn't close completely and 2) a broken part, for which I had already purchased a replacement, that needed replacement. The first issue was almost immediately diagnosed as a door the that was rubbing against the lower part of the door frame. The frame was lubricated which corrected the problem. Long term it was suggested that the frame be sanded to provide more clearance (which I'll do soon). 2) The replacement part was installed by disassembling the guide tube, slipping on the replacement guide and re-assembling the guide tube and adjusting the chain. Adjusting the door to the proper up and down range took some doing but was ultimately done well. Mike (I don't know which one) was knowledgeable, patient and carful in the way he approached the work. By the way, I searched the internet for someone to call for the repairs and selected Precision because of the emphasis the web site placed on quality products used for replacement and repairs, as opposed to an emphasis on low price.
