I chose Precision because of past experience with the company. I expected and received prompt courteous service. The young man, Jay, was very knowledgeable as he explained what the issue was and how to operate other features, of the door, that I had a problem with.

After reading reviews, we called Precision. They were very responsive, came out the next day. Tito was our technician and was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Our garage door works great now and would definitely recommend Precision.

Jay was fantastic!! The entire experience with Precision was great. Scheduling from their webpage was easy. The text and email letting me know Jay was on his way (and Jay’s call) were very thoughtful. The information from the company about Jay was a nice touch, too (discovered he’s a volunteer firefighter, for example). The service once Jay arrived was top-notch, too. He quickly assessed the problem, gave a crystal-clear explanation and ball-park estimate. Then worked up a detailed estimate, and showed me wear and tear on the parts to confirm what did and didn’t need replacement. I only wish ALL service experiences were as good as I received today from Precision and Jay.

Tito was Great!!!. Our doors had not been serviced since we moved in 24 years ago. He got them humming!! It was also a chance for us to clean up the garage before he got there. He did a lot of work very efficiently with a great attitude & customer service outlook.

Exceptional Service from Tito at Precision Garage Door! I can't say enough great things about Tito from Precision Garage Door! He went above and beyond, coming out on Super Bowl Sunday to fix what I thought was a minor issue—only to discover it was a bigger problem than expected. Despite the timing, Tito was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. What really stood out, though, was how personable and friendly he was throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made what could have been a stressful situation an absolute breeze. Brent was great. He came out on n a cold Sunday morning and got my doors working whisper quiet. He explained everything he was doing and why it needed to be done. He even adjusted my openers for me.
