It is so rare these days to have a company so organized and knowledgeable about the products/services they sell and install. Your technician - Craig Taylor - came out to the house on a Monday (after your website allowed me to make an easy appointment online) and scheduled the repairs on all 5 garage doors for the very next day. He arrived before he said he would, and stayed the entire day to fix the trim and flashing on the garage doors. The work was done with care and precision and the total cost was very reasonable for the size of the job. Nothing but great things to say about my experience and would wholeheartedly recommend Precision to anyone needing service on their garage doors. Could not ask for better service! Scheduled repair request, Technician Darryl Mayzck sent an e-mail introducing himself and confirming the appointment. Promptly arrived on time. Completely explained the process he would be following, inspected the garage door for potential problems causing the door to shake badly when lowered. Advised that the rollers appear to have excess wear and should be replaced. Provided a quote to complete the work within ten (1) minutes. Agreed to price and signed agreement. Work complete with 45 minutes or so. Garage door now works as good as if it were new. Shared with me his suggestions for repairs to be considered in the future and provided an cost estimate. FANATASTIC EXPERIENCE!! Darryl gets a 10 out of 10 for his professionalism, thoroughness and knowledge. Thank you!
