I had came back from the grocery store & our garage door would not open back up. So I looked on the internet & found Precision Garage Door Service, I checked their website & found they were open today (Saturday) I called & spoke with Sophie, very pleasant, explained our problem & with in 2 hours the tech was at our house & fixed the problem. We can't say thank you enough to them.

I have seen their commercial many times on TV and I had issues with my garage door and I decided to give precision a call. And I was not disappointed. They did an excellent job, very friendly and the mechanic on scene knew his craft very well. I would highly recommend their service as in my opinion. It was excellent.

Great customer service. Tito was my technician. Tito is one of the nicest, kindest technician’s that I have ever worked with. He has a beautiful personality with excellent communication & people skills as well as outstanding customer service care. Such great service from your technician who was so professional and courteous. I am so glad I called Precision Garage Door Service when my garage door spring broke as they came out the next day! Tito was very knowledgeable and experienced and showed me my options for repair. I had been concerned as the door is 30+ years old and the rollers, etc had never been replaced. Tito had all of the parts with him and now my door is not only working but it much safer and quieter.

We were in a huge, huge bind with our garage door, deciding to break 2 weeks before Christmas. I went to the website, scheduled a next-day appointment. Chris C. met me initially and reviewed everything about my garage door that I was concerned with. It was obvious he is an expert when it comes to garage doors. He took the time to educate me about the deficiencies of my door and confirm that the repairs that I wanted were warranted. He then contacted Jamal C. who came out and did the actual repairs - promptly, politely, professionally and completely. It was also obvious that he, too, is an expert when it comes to repairing garage doors. Both men were wonderful to meet, talk to and deal with. Your company's great reassuring commercial (I see it every night on Channel 11) is what prompted me to call initially. But now it is the 100% customer satisfaction that I experienced that will ensure I call Precision Garage Doors again for all of my future garage door needs. Please label me a new satisfied customer for life!

Unlike some service companies, it was such a pleasure dealing with Precision. 1. They responded to our problem and scheduled an appointment immediately (on a Sunday). 2. They were prompt on their arrival and kept in contact with us before they arrived. 3. The service tech (Tito Cruz) was not only highly qualified, but he was friendly and made us feel comfortable about his skills and security. 4. He told us how long the job would take and finished a little sooner than expected. I understand that this almost sounds too good to be true, but it IS true. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of garage door repair. P.S. I don't know how much Tito makes, but the owners should give him a raise.

Exceptional service! After contacting Precision Garage Door Service late on a Saturday evening they sent a representative to my house early Sunday morning to repair my 10 year-old garage door. Their on-line booking process was simple and their representative arrived in the 2-hour window requested. Tito C. was professional, polite and immediately diagnosed the problem. He worked up various options from minimal (must do) repairs to get the system up and running to replacing/upgrading some of the other more critical parts to upgrading an entire operational system. He walked through each option with me including describing the service, benefits and costs which enabled me to make an informed decision in the level of service chosen. I was so impressed with the quick response to my on line scheduling request and the date and time I selected was confirmed. Elijah was polite and professional. The day I came home from foot surgery our garage door spring broke. Tyler came out looked at our 25 year door and hardware. He gave me several options to get the door moving again, he had everything on the truck. He was very professional and whit-in an hour all of the hardware had been replaced and now the door moves much smother and quieter. I would recommend Precision Door to anyone that asks!
