Contacted precision on the website. Arranged the schedule and it was easy to do. Tech came out early and finished the job. Made a couple recommendations of what I could do and was very informative and professional. Highly recommended.

Precision was responsive and highly professional. From the first phone call to set up the appointment to the technician who came out to diagnose the issue and ultimately replace my two units, everyone was knowledgeable and courteous. Keon, the technician was excellent and explained everything thoroughly. The installation was seamless and he left the worksite better than he found it. My system was over 15 years old and was on borrowed time and this made switching it easy.

This is the second time we’ve used Precision Garage Door with excellent results and service. It was easy to schedule an appointment and the customer service representative I spoke with on the phone was wonderful. Technician, Keyon Haughton, arrived on time and introduced himself. He listened to understand the problem. Keyon was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He was able to fix our garage door issue efficiently, and prevent us from future unnecessary costs. Thank you!

My positive experience started when I searched the internet for a company that handles garage doors. Their website is impressive, the customer service administrator was professional, scheduling was immediate and convenient, the technician was competent, prepared and pleasant. I am impressed with the final product. My technician installed my opener in no time at all. He respectfully explained everything I needed to know and answered all my questions.

Would highly recommend this company for garage door repairs. The technician Keyon Haughton discussed my repair needs for my manual garage door and provided a very detailed estimate of the parts and labor costs. Keyon was very detail oriented and friendly and did all repairs to my complete satisfaction. He was a pleasure to work with. The only small snag was dealing with the call center. I very clearly spelled my name and e-mail address to Ashley. After the repairs were done, noticed on the invoice that my name was spelled incorrectly. Also, the invoice had the name of the head of household as my deceased mother. She re-sent the paid invoice with my name spelled properly by did not remove my mother's name.

I moved into this house in 2007 and I think Precision was the original installer of the system. I did have to dig through some old files to find the "Precision" name since it is no longer marked on the "Liftmaster" devices installed during the last upgrade.

Tito was beyond excellent! He took the time to explain what happened, how best to fix it, and how long it would take. Aside from being a kind and knowledgeable gentleman, he's a wonderful representative of Precision. I'm so glad that he fixed our garage doors, and when we need more service, he will be asked for by name!

The appt was scheduled quickly, they reminded me the day before of the appointment and the technician called to let me know the exact time he’d arrive at my house. He assessed what I needed to be done to my garage door and gave me a very reasonable price for all of the work he accomplished in a few short hours. My garage door looks brand new now. I won’t hesitate to call Precision door in the future.
