This is my second experience with Precision Door and I highly recommend this company. Nick was my technician and he easily assessed the problem and was able to correct it to my complete satisfaction. Tito C. is just wonderful! He is very knowledgeable about garage doors and is such a pleasure to deal with. Back in January one of our garage door springs broke and Tito was the tech that took care of that. Now another door broke a spring and today he fixed that one. Each time he inspected the entire door, gave his professional recommendations and then presented various options/prices ranging from just replacing the spring, to replacing bearings/rollers to improve the door function, all the way up to replacing the opener. In our case, for each door, the openers and most of the parts were the originals from when the house was built and they had been showing their age so we opted to fix everything while he was here. But had we selected just replacing the spring I'm sure he would have been just as happy to do that for us. It was totally our choice.

My garage door sensor quit working so I decided to replace both sensors figuring that would be an easy fix. Wrong. Changing the sensor was not difficult yet the door would still not function. The Manufacturer suggested that I call Precision and happily they set up an appointment for the next morning. Precision immediately emailed and texted an appointment confirmation. The Tech, Jared, sent a text and phoned me to confirm his arrival time. He quickly diagnosed that the wiring had issues, showed me a repair estimate and had the wiring fixed and door working within 15 minutes. I was really impressed with the professionalism and courteousness of this Technician. The repair invoice was very reasonable and the overall experience was an A plus! Great company!

Bobby Schoar was our technician. He was prompt, very professional and really knew what he was doing. He was very good at explaining what we needed and why. We had new tension springs and a new garage door opener installed. He programmed everything and made sure we understood how to access all of the features before he left. My wife and I were very pleased and we would recommend Precision Garage, especially Bobby Schoar, for your next garage door repair or installation.

Precision Garage Door has always been our “go to” contractor to repair any garage door problems. Our Technician, Austin Evans was excellent. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and provided us with options to have the door repaired. Very professional, knew his craft and completed the job on a late Friday night. We've had our Precision garage door for almost 20 years. They've done a great job on installing and keeping our garage door working properly over the years. We can't imagine going with any other company. We've had Tyler come out twice during the past two years to do normal wear and tear repairs. He's amazing! My old garage door opener bit the dust after 40+ years in operation. Tyler diagnosed the problem quickly, offered up three pricing alternatives from top of the line model install, a solid and better than average genie install or me buying my own and just the install price. Went with that middle option and was installed in about 90 minutes on a very hot day. Great job and it should last 25 years. Recommended!
