Unlike some service companies, it was such a pleasure dealing with Precision. 1. They responded to our problem and scheduled an appointment immediately (on a Sunday). 2. They were prompt on their arrival and kept in contact with us before they arrived. 3. The service tech (Tito Cruz) was not only highly qualified, but he was friendly and made us feel comfortable about his skills and security. 4. He told us how long the job would take and finished a little sooner than expected. I understand that this almost sounds too good to be true, but it IS true. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of garage door repair. P.S. I don't know how much Tito makes, but the owners should give him a raise.

Exceptional service! After contacting Precision Garage Door Service late on a Saturday evening they sent a representative to my house early Sunday morning to repair my 10 year-old garage door. Their on-line booking process was simple and their representative arrived in the 2-hour window requested. Tito C. was professional, polite and immediately diagnosed the problem. He worked up various options from minimal (must do) repairs to get the system up and running to replacing/upgrading some of the other more critical parts to upgrading an entire operational system. He walked through each option with me including describing the service, benefits and costs which enabled me to make an informed decision in the level of service chosen. Would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service to others!

I was so impressed with the quick response to my on line scheduling request and the date and time I selected was confirmed. Elijah was polite and professional. He listened to my concerns, diagnosed the problem, made the repair all within 30 minutes. Hopefully I will not have future problems with the door but if I do Precision will be my first call.

The day I came home from foot surgery our garage door spring broke. Tyler came out looked at our 25 year door and hardware. He gave me several options to get the door moving again, he had everything on the truck. He was very professional and whit-in an hour all of the hardware had been replaced and now the door moves much smother and quieter. I would recommend Precision Door to anyone that asks!

Tito was very informative about explaining the problems with our garage door. Since our garage door was several years old it did have quite a few problems. So we had Tito go ahead and fix the issues. My husband loves to leave for work trips at the worst times! This time happened to be when our garage door decided it didn’t want to work. So me being home with my family vehicle stuck in the garage, I had no choice but to look around and find someone more professional than my YouTube search on how to fix a garage door. Also they get a 10/10 for me not having to call anyone, it’s all easy peasy online. SAME DAY! Our technician was Tyrone and he was awesome! Explained everything to me, was extremely polite, and probably needs a raise!!!! My garage door was fixed in no time, and I’m happy!!!!

Last night my garage door stopped working and I had to lower it manually. By a little after 8 AM this morning, Craig Taylor from Precision Door Services showed up to assess the door and make recommendations. It's now 12:00 noon and everything is fixed and the refurbished door is totally quiet for the first time. What a fantastic technician Craig was -- he gave me choices, installed new springs, rails, opener, belts and more and then set everything up. He showed me the new app, reset my PW and reprogrammed my car for the new door. I highly recommend Precision Door Services and Craig! My door looks and acts like it's brand new at half the cost. These guys are "for real" the best there is in this field!

Your Technician Tito came to our house. I called Precision for one repair. While here..Tito pointed out several potential and 'on the verge of failure" issues. The door is 23 yrs old with no maintenance what so ever. He had all repair and replacement parts on his work truck. Knocked the whole project out in a couple hrs. Even with my dog nose'n around. Price was reasonable for all repairs that were performed.

Technician was on time. He spent a good amount of time inspecting and explaining. My garage door would go down halfway and then raise back up. I knew it wasn't the sensor. After replacing parts he did about 25 test runs. All worked fine. As he was leaving the problem returned. Tech came back and worked on the garage door opener. Found some issues there also. Spent another hour teaking the system and all works fine now. Very friendly, very thorough. This was my 2nd time working with this company. I will do so again.

Technician showed up on time & did an efficient job of replaced two door sweeps, replaced all rollers, added a cable through the spring to meet code to prevent springs snapping loose to cause ijnjury or damage a vehicle for two doors & replaced the two doors pulleys. This review tool doesn't allow me to show the number of different parts he replaced so I picked rollers only, but as you read, you understand he did more. He was very neat about his work area and cleaned up before leaving. Highly recommend this tech and Precision Garage Door Service of Baltimore.

Five Star Rating for both Precision and Tavon, our technician. Called for garage door opener replacement at 8 and installation was complete by noon. Tavon was professional and instilled confidence from arrival through completion of install. He clearly communicated options with pros/cons, operating tutorial including app setup on the phone.
